Important information:

Upon arrival, guests are requested to ask for the gardener, at the on-site plant shop.

If the shop is closed, please proceed to Hotel Le Berger, where a 24-hour reception is at your service.

Please note that, upon requests, baby cots are available at a maximum of 1 per room. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.

If guests do not have a credit card, the payment will be requested upon check-in. A deposit will also be required upon check in. Please contact the property for more information.

Pros:

Bon service client. Chambres bien faites, jolie déco. Vue splendide sur le jardin.

L'emplacement, la chambre etait bien, l'accueil tres bien.

Cons:

J'étais un peu déçu, les photos sont un peu trompeuses, l'hôtel rend moins bien en vrai. De plus, il est en travaux ce qui n'est pas précisé dans le descriptif.

Moderne Einrichtung, toller Garten, gute Lage

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich noch im Umbau, Teile des öffentlichen Bereichs sind noch nicht fertiggestellt. Die Zimmer waren hellhörig.

Pros:

Endroit insolite dans un écrin de verdure et de paix.

Un séjour agréable malgré quelques désagréments liés aux travaux.
Pros:

La chambre était propre, agréable et confortable, même si les oreillers principaux pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel était très accueillant, agréable et disponible. L’établissement est également très bien situé.

Cons:

Malheureusement, des travaux étaient en cours pendant notre séjour. La présence d’échelles dans les espaces de passage a parfois compliqué les déplacements et pouvait poser un petit problème de sécurité. Nous comprenons toutefois que ces travaux servent à améliorer l’établissement, notamment avec l’installation de la climatisation. Il serait simplement préférable d’en informer les clients avant leur arrivée.

Pros:

Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. The room for 5 was spacious, the beds were comfortable, everywhere was clean. The pool was smaller than it looked on pictures but it was still very pretty and nice for a dip during the heatwave. I was really impressed with the garden, it was really pretty and well cared for with lots of spaces to sit and enjoy it

Le personnel était sympathique, la chambre correspondait aux photographies.

Cons:

Notre séjour a été mitigé. L'accès à l'hôtel se fait par une rue malodorante et peu rassurante, ce qui donne une première impression d'insécurité. En outre, une grande partie de l'hôtel était en travaux. Même si notre aile n'était pas directement concernée et que nous n'avons pas subi de nuisances sonores, cela donnait une impression générale d'établissement en cours de rénovation. Dans la chambre, aucune bouteille d'eau n'était mise à disposition. Nous avons dû acheter des bouteilles de Cristaline sur place à un prix particulièrement élevé. Par ailleurs, le petit-déjeuner a également été décevant en raison d'une mauvaise gestion des stocks. Plusieurs produits n'étaient plus disponibles alors que le service n'était pas terminé, notamment le pain sans gluten et les gaufres, sans être réapprovisionnés. Ces différents points ont malheureusement terni notre séjour et ne correspondent pas au niveau de prestations attendu.
