Important information:

Upon arrival, guests are requested to ask for the gardener, at the on-site plant shop.

If the shop is closed, please proceed to Hotel Le Berger, where a 24-hour reception is at your service.

Please note that, upon requests, baby cots are available at a maximum of 1 per room. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs.

If guests do not have a credit card, the payment will be requested upon check-in. A deposit will also be required upon check in. Please contact the property for more information.

Pros:

Outdoor pool and garden area.
Offered free water via a water dispenser for room.
Rooms modern and spacious.
Manager was fluent in variety of languages which made it easy and enjoyable for everyone.
House keeping everyday.

Cons:

Bathroom was a little under maintenance with mould marks

A real gem near porte de namur
Pros:

Notre chambre etait magnifique, tres grande et joliment amenagee. Elle donnait sur le jardin luxuriant avec piscine. L'ensemble etait top pour se relaxer. Le personnel etait poli.

Cons:

L'entree est en travaux c'est un peu bizarre. Sinon j'attendais a ce que le troisieme lit soit prepare pour notre enfant, mais il ne l'etait pas. Elle a dormi entre nous.

Pros:

Chambre très confortable
Excellent petit dejeuner copieux et varié .
Hotel bien situé pour se rendre rapidement à pied aux Monts des arts et sur la grand place.

Cons:

Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine très bruyante en journée.
Mais nous étions en ballade toute le journée et nous n avons y pas été gênés

Sehr zentrales Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück und verstecktem Garten inkl. Pool
Pros:

Das zentral gelegene Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren stilvoll und minimalistisch eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und es waren genügend Kissen und Decken vorhanden. Auf unseren Wunsch (ein zusätzliches Babybett) wurde eingegangen. Anstelle eines gebuchten Zweibettzimmers haben wir sogar ein Vierbettzimmer bekommen und hatten dadurch mehr Platz. Durch die Lage der Zimmer im Hinterhof war es ruhig und entspannt, fernab der trubeligen Innenstadt. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen und Gebäck, das täglich variierte. Neben Käse, Wurst und Antipasti gab es auch verschiedenes Obst und Säfte. Das Personal war aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und kinderfreundlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cons:

Der Eingangsbereich im Vorderhaus war aufgrund der stattfindenden Bauarbeiten nicht so ansprechend und hat nicht zum restlichen Eindruck des Hotels gepasst.
