Servicio excelente !! Super instalaciones!
Está precioso el hotel. La cabaña que reservé súper cómoda y amplia, frente al mar. La comida muy rica, el jacuzzi increíble, todo en buen estado, buen servicio.
El personal es muy amable y la comida esta bien, el aseo tambien es bueno.
El internet muy inestable porque la energia se va a todo momento, tienen plantas pero es super intermitente, el mar es agreste no es para meterse, las habitaciones son muy normales y algo descuidadas en sus paredes y cortinas. Billar super descuidado y las sillas que estan en la playa. Creo que el lugar en general eata bien pero siento que la relacion precio / lugar no.
La peor experiencia hotelera de mi vida: wifi que no funciona, sin personal, toallas rotas, check in pésimo, el desayuno con comida vieja, no lo recomiendo

No hicieron el servicio a la habitación a pesar que estuvo desocupada toda la tarde.
Ubicación Paradisiaca, muy buen servicio y aseo en las habitaciones.
La comida deja mucho que desear y por lo tanto la relación precio comida es mala. Deberían tener una carta más pequeña pero bien preparada.
Es la segunda vez que voy y se ve un deterioro en el mantenimiento de las playas. Están ubicadas en un entorno netamente natural pero hay mucho que mejorar en recoger los desechos naturales más a menudo

La atención del personal y la limpieza
La alimentación muy limitada y costosa. Había pocas opciones saludables. Varias veces nos entregaron productos que no correspondían a la promesa del menú o con fallas en la cocción o corte. Las opciones del desayuno que incluye el hotel eran muy limitadas.
Supero mis expectativas, las habitaciones muy cómodas y lindas, tienen un restaurante muy bueno, la comida super, la piscina es grande, sin duda, lo recomiendo.
