Pros:

The chick in the time manager was talking insultingly, there was no hot water, no wifi and the TV didn't work, and it was also a waste of my money. booking time, showing one image and giving another room, so please, if possible, please give my money back.

A disappointing stay overall, saved only by one helpful staff member amidst an otherwise unpleasant.
Pros:

I never like.

Cons:

My recent stay here was largely disappointing. Most of the staff were unprofessional, and one particular person at the reception was extremely rude and disrespectful — it really affected my experience and made me feel unwelcome. I honestly hated dealing with him.

However, I do want to mention one positive: another staff member at the reception was genuinely kind. He offered to switch my room and even arranged an extra bed (with an additional charge), which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that small act of kindness couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience.

The facilities were basic, cleanliness was subpar, and the comfort level was very low. I also felt the room size was too small, and the location wasn’t convenient. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

I wouldn’t choose this place again, and I don’t recommend it unless serious improvements are made — especially in how some staff treat guests.
