Hotel GTC zrobił na nas pod wieloma względami bardzo dobre wrażenie. Pokoje są czyste, nowoczesne i wygodne. Meble są w idealnym stanie, a łazienka – ładna i nowoczesna. Wyposażenie pokoju również zasugerowało wysoką dbałość o gościa.Na pochwałę zasługuje za to śniadanie serwowane z karty (do wyboru jedno danie) oraz bardzo miła obsługa podczas porannego posiłku.

Cons:

Niestety, ogromnym minusem, który niemal zepsuł nam pobyt, był dostęp do pokoju za pomocą kodu na klamce. Przybyliśmy na miejsce w środku nocy i próbowaliśmy wbić kod przez dobre kilkanaście minut. Było to niezwykle stresujące – w nocy, w obcym mieście, w razie niepowodzenia musielibyśmy szukać innego noclegu lub spać w samochodzie. Na szczęście mężowi w końcu udało się jakimś sposobem aktywować zamek, ale system ten zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy lub lepszego poinstruowania gości przed przyjazdem.

Evetything was as described. The only challenge we had was lack of barrier free access to the facility in the late evening hours (we arrived after 23.00 and needed to access the hotel on a wheelchair, but it was impossible, as the barrier-free entrance through the restaurant was closed from 21.00).

The rest was good - the room was clean, the breakfast was good, and there was WiFi, TV, and free parking on site. So all was as described - good value for money.

Cons:

As mentioned, the only challenge we experienced was lack of barrier-free access to the building after 21.00- so I would recommend adding a ramp to the reception door so guests like us could access the building if the front office team's office hours are over.
