The One Firenze

El acceso es algo raro. Es solo una puerta en planta baja. Luego hay que subir por escalera (muy básica; no hay ascensor; ) al primer piso para, a través de otra puerta codificada.entrar al hotel. Mi habitación daba frente a un Pub, por lo cual era algo ruidoso por las noches, pero aceptable.

La possibilità di non avere una bottiglia di acqua sia in camera,che in tutta la struttura,nel bagno perdite di acqua sia dal water che da dietro la doccia,il sapone era acqua e sapone,per il resto è andata bene gentile la signora della reception che a proposto di lasciare il bagaglio fino alle 18 , grazie

nie był to vibe hotelowy, raczej studio/ pokój na wynajem w większym kompleksie, ponadto pokój był w porządku i dziękuję za czajnik 🌸 ale łazienka … cóż trochę „ specyficzna”

Il posto é abbastanza scadente, finiture vecchie, carta da parati in bagno che cade a pezzi.
L'unico comfort sarebbe dovuto essere il "Wi-Fi Veloce" che però non funzionava nemmeno.
Purtroppo non soddisfacente

Not that I didn't like, more of suggested improvements... Two pillows each on the bed would make for better comfort and a shower head holder higher up on the wall, so you can stand while showering.

The room was disgusting. Filthy. An absolute unhygienic mess. There was mould on the bathroom walls, exposed and visible. The wall paper was ripped and peeling at every corner. There was stains on the bedsheet, clearly the room wasn't clean. Dust everywhere - my bag fell over and went from black to grey.
We checked-in for an hour from 3pm and early departed at 4pm. That was our experience - no alternative rooms were available. The staff suggested we come back despite the management saying we canceled and never checked-in. Clearly a lie as you'll see all the fantastic photos from our room at 302.

Save yourself the money and go somewhat little more expensive. Don't get scammed. And no honestly it may be "cheaper" but you'll feel like you're living in filth the entire holiday.

Ducha muy pequeña

- The check in was weird - we had multiple warning messages that if we did not provide an ETA ahead of our arrival then it could be counted as a no show and we could be charged.
- there is no manned reception desk at the hotel, staff only seemed present for check ins
- the entrance to the hotel is a fire door from a small stairwell
- The bathroom door did not close
- The windows are single glazing, you can hear everything out on the street from inside your room
- we made the mistake of looking at Google reviews when trying to find the property and some of the replies from the hotel contained offensive language that was very unprofessional

The building is very run down and badly in need of renovation. Wallpaper peeling from the walls, no facilities at all. The door in my room couldn’t be locked from the inside and someone tried to open my door at 4am. I was travelling alone so that was unacceptable

There were brown stains on the ceiling and the wall coverings to the bathroom was peeling off.
