Best host in whole Florence
Pros:

The host was such a nice guy. He was really friendly, always available and reliable. We had no room key, only codes for the main door, parking spot and hotel room door which we really liked.

Alles Bestens, wir waren sehr zufrieden ist von uns aus empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Empfangspersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders praktisch war der hoteleigene Parkplatz. Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 25–30 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und den ausgezeichneten Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

基本上晚上很难睡着
Pros:

Les gens sont sympathiques et ils sont très respectueux.

Cons:

第一： 隔音效果不好， 晚上可以听见路边的车子来往的声音
第二： 性价比特别低， 两晚296欧左右， 外加36欧税费
第三： 空调不给力

struttura 2 stelle che rispetta rapporto qualità/prezzo. distanza dal centro fattibile a piedi, in bici, in autobus (n.17) o tram. è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli prima della partenza. pulizia e servizi OK.

Cons:

non c'era acqua calda. nel nostro caso non un vero problema, visto il cado atroce di luglio a firenze, ma non è stato il top lavare i capelli con acqua fredda ed asciugarli con il phone in dotazione non in ottime condizioni.

Pros:

The self check-in made the arrival quick and hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Paid parking is conveniently located just behind the gate, and there is a bus stop nearby with easy access to the city centre. A great choice for a short stay in Florence, very friendly staff 👌
