Séjour ludique dans les montagnes
Pros:

Les équipements de loisirs pour les enfants sont un véritable atout ! Les enfants sont au paradis.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipées.

Cons:

Lors de fortes chaleurs, il fait très chaud dans les chambres et dans le reste de l'hôtel.
Sans les ventilateurs dans les chambres, il aurait été impossible de dormir !

Bel endroit à recommander.
Pros:

Bel endroit avec vue sur les montagnes, petit déjeuner complet et bon produits, personnel acceuillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Le lit un peu dur à mon gout (mais c'est un avis personnel), l'environnement un peu bruyant la nuit (avec la fenêtre ouverte) mais cela est certainement du à des travaux en cours proche de l'hotel.

PERFECT HUB TO EXPLORE THE AREA
Pros:

A family resort with a lot of activities and everything handy. Super helpful and nice staff. Views from the indoor swimming pool were great!

Cons:

Providing towels at the swimming pool would be very convenient.

De resort nada!
Pros:

Parque para as crianças

Cons:

Quarto muito pequeno, paguei 320chf por uma noite e nem creme para o corpo tinha.
A piscina interior não é só do hotel.
Tudo se paga no hotel até o golfe.
Pequeno almoço muito « pobre «  para um resorte, não tinha panquecas nem feijão nem salsichasw
Quarto não tinha frigorífico…..

Hôtel moderne et agréable avec une belle vue, mais plusieurs points à améliorer.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, propre et récente. Il y a également un espace commun avec salle/cuisine au même étage, très pratique pour prendre un café ou un thé, avec un micro-ondes à disposition. La chambre est bien équipée avec des capsules de café, des sachets de thé et bouteilles d'eau. En plus, la vue sur les montagnes est magnifique.

Cons:

J'ai moins apprécié le fait qu’il y ait des dortoirs au premier étage, car c’était assez bruyant le soir. Il y a aussi un camping juste à côté, qui fait partie de l’hôtel, donc tous les espaces de jeux pour enfants sont accessibles aux clients de l’hôtel et du camping. Il y avait beaucoup d’enfants et certains ne respectaient pas les âges indiqués pour les jeux, sans réelle surveillance du personnel. Mon fils n’a par exemple pas pu profiter du château gonflable, car des adolescents de 13/14 ans se poussaient à l’intérieur.

La piscine ferme assez tôt (18h00) et n’ouvre qu’à 10h00 le lendemain, alors qu’il faut libérer la chambre à 11h00, ce qui laisse peu de temps pour en profiter en fin de journée et le matin. Il faisait vraiment chaud dans la chambre malgré le ventilateur mis à disposition.

Le buffet était assez cher pour un choix limité. Enfin, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas le soir et il n’a pas été possible de résoudre le problème puisque la réception ferme la nuit.
