Schade, dass wir nur 1 Nacht da waren
Pros:

Schönes Familienresort mit Klettergarten, unterirdischem Tunnel, Fußballplatz, Pumptrack, Minigolf, Hüpfburg - leider waren wir nur zum Zwischenstop dort, unsere Tochter möchte nochmal hin

That we chose it for the pool and when we arrived it was closed for maintenance. This was communicated once the booking was done and non refundable so not ideal…

Muy bien, pero no recomiendo cenar en el restaurante del resort.
Pros:

Es un lugar excelente para ir con niños.Tienen preparadas muchas actividades y el entorno es de ensueño.La limpieza y el confort son excelentes, incluyendo varios detalles que te hacen sentir que de verdad aprecian sus huéspedes. Repetiría sin duda.

Cons:

El bufet del desayuno es bastante pobre.El horario de la cena puede resultar muy raro para los que vamos de fuera y estamos acostumbrados a cenar más tarde.La cocina cierra a las 20h. El precio del “bufet” de la cena me pareció excesivo, no te incluye bebidas con alcohol ( por ej una cerveza) y la variedad de la comida es escasa.

Udany kolejny rodzinny pobyt
Pros:

Kolejna wizyta i ponownie się nie zawiedliśmy. To świetne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek, a jednocześnie bardzo dobry punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania tej części Szwajcarii.

Niestety, podczas naszego pobytu odkryty basen był w przebudowie, a w pokojach rodzinnych trochę brakowało klimatyzacji, szczególnie w cieplejsze dni.

Na duży plus zasługują natomiast śniadania, restauracja oraz bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa.

Kolejny raz spędziliśmy tutaj świetny, rodzinny czas. Z przyjemnością wrócimy ponownie!

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Tout d'abord, j'ai apprécié l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, j'avais du mal à m'exprimer en anglais. Et la personne a été très compréhensive et à trouver des solutions pour qu'on se comprenne. Puis un personnage très souriant. Les chambres sont propres, avec une super vue sur les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner était parfait.

Klimaanlage fehlt im Zimmer bei Hitze. Wenn die Fenster offen sind, ist det Fluss sehr laut.

Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut inakzeptabel
Pros:

Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Anlage mit freundlichem Personal. Folgendes bezieht sich auf das Deluxe Doppelzimmer, die weiteren Zimmer können nicht beurteilt werden. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis dieses Zimmers muss als absolut inakzeptabel eingestuft werden, siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen"!

Cons:

Das Deluxe-Doppelzimmer ist nicht annähernd seinen Preis wert: 270 CHF pro Nacht; Kurtaxen und Parkplatzgebühren kommen noch hinzu.
Das Zimmer liegt im zweiten Stock (ohne Lift), ist nicht klimatisiert (liegt auf der Sonnseite und hat keine Sonnenstoren), hat keinen Kühlschrank oder auch keine weiteren, dem Preisniveau entsprechende Ausrüstungsgegenstände (z.B. mehr als ein Standard-Duscheschlauch, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Schuhlöffel, etc.).
Mein vernichtendes Urteil: Dorfhotels bieten für viel weniger Geld bedeutend mehr.

Magnifique pour les enfants
Pros:

La piscine intérieure, le petit train pour les enfants, les galeries de jeux sous l'hôtel, les salles de jeux pour enfants, le buffet du dîner, le concert de musiciens suisses, la chambre spacieuse, le personnel agréable.

Pros:

L etablissement est bien situé, il y a beaucoup d occupation pour les enfants ( bac a sable, chateau gônflabe, salle de jeux gratuite), la partie deja renovée est moderne et reste naturelle, le site est très bien équipé pour les campeurs, les groupes, les familles,le restaurant est sous forme de buffet, le site était propre.

Cons:

Dommage que la piscine interieur est public et donc rempli de monde avec des parties inacessibles pour nous vacancier car deja reservé pour des classes, et que la.piscine exterieur n etait pas encore ouverte mi aout pour renovation.
Beaucoup d activité dans l hotel sont payante ( mini golf, mini.train, accrobranche), ainsi que le parking privé.
La renovation de l etablissement n a pas permis de créer un ascenceur qui aurait ete pratique pour monter ses valises jusqu au 3ème étage.

Unfortunatelly the outdoor pool was under construction. We have choosen this place because of this. 2 weeks before our arrival we were informed about it will be closed for the remaining season.
The room cleansing was far behind the expectation.
No cooler in the room (mini-bar), no air-condition.
