Good location for the place needed to visit. A bit outside of Glasgow. So managed to avoid the traffic.
The staff were very friendly

Never in a place before that gave the tv remote at reception
The tv didn't work anyway, no problem as I didn't need it.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. Given the location it was a lovely view. Food was tasty and reasonably priced. Staff were really helpful. It's one of the best value rooms I have seen.
There wasn't anything to dislike.
The mattress was awful and on request they hotel could not do anything about it
Breakfast - good choice great you could just have a breakfast roll and not a big breakfast. The older lady serving us at breakfast was excellent, genuinely friendly and wanting to help.
Good location
Food excellent, both quality , taste and presentation and anyone regularly visiting all agree this is consistent. Good value for money pre theatre with excellent selection
At 9.20 even though a resident asked for last orders at the bar. Stayed overnight so we could chill out with friends staying. Would have been good to be told this at the beginning of the night.
Not very organised or maybe not good with big parties, most did not have a drink to the end of our starter and often had to ask twice during the meal to get served with drinks. No offer of a sweet. So not good for the customer but business also losing out on money.
Incorrect information given at the time of booking re menu and times available/ availability of room
Party in room.30min before pre theatre stopped and all seated by 6.20 and pre theatre menu was not offered to them if I had not noticed then I would have spent double or more what I intended to spend on my party. Also all had been agreed in a email., tables not set up as requested and agreed in email .
Bed so comfortable got a good nights sleep, good value for money

Das Zimmer war sehr schön ausgestattet und bot für einen sehr angemessenen Preis alles was für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt wird. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wodurch ich einen geruhsamen Schlaf hatte. Darüberhinaus ist auch das Frühstück im dazu gehörigen Restaurant zu empfehlen. Preiswert aber sehr gute Qualität (Original Scottish Breakfast).
Obwohl auch das Badezimmer sehr geräumig war, fand ich den Wasserdruck der Dusche nicht sehr optimal. Dies war allerdings kein allzu großes Problem.
The Hotel is central which i like because i can get straight onto the motors ways etc.
The food is very good and good value for money except for the Seekh kabab starter which i was very disappointed with for the value.
