Staff were cobsiderate and friendly. The location was good for our needs. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The evening meal was tasty, well presented and more than expected.
Our shower was pathetic. An overhead 'steainer' type. The water flowed out from one side! The toilet seat was broken. The kettle didn't fit under the tap to fill - we used a glass to fill with water to then fill the kettle. Breakfast i asked for a sausage and black pudding breakfast roll. It came black pudding only. They forgot the sausage! They took it back and returned with one sausage - RAW! That was returned after complaining eventually getting what was ordered. The maître d' was very professional and took care of the situation. Thank you for that.

Location, and we found parking on the street outside the hotel
Old outdated room, not valid spa opening hours, even though we verified with the reception the spa closes at 21:30, when we went to the spa, they told us they close at 21:00 so we only had half an hour rushed spa session.
The spa was outdated, very small and smelly steam room and sauna, the whirlpool was very small and was shuttind down every 10 mins and we had to get out another 10 mins and same again... Breakfast poor quality, orange juice terrible

There was no socket near bed. The mattress was solid and the key door system was strange
