Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent experience, super friendly and professional staff , special thanks to Mr Khalid, Mr Atif in the reception, and Mr Al Hadi, and Mr Abdul Sattar for their professionalism and hospitality.

Pros:

Wir haben für 2 Nächte in Hammamet dieses Hotel gebucht . Leider mussten wir 1 Tag danach gleich wieder nach Hause weil es unserer Tochter nicht gut ging. Der Manager hat uns sogar noch ein Teil von unserem Geld zurück gegeben. Was nicht selbstverständlich ist .Wir haben nicht so viel gesehen . Aber dass was wir gesehen haben war super . Der Pool ein Traum . Personal sehr freundlich. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Un séjour exceptionnel du début à la fin.

Un séjour tout simplement exceptionnel !

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis comme des rois. Un voiturier a pris en charge nos valises sur un magnifique chariot tapissé de rouge, puis s'est occupé de garer notre voiture au garage. Ce sont de petites attentions qui donnent immédiatement le ton et font toute la différence.

Tout au long du séjour, le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble de l'équipe ont été remarquables. Nous nous sommes sentis véritablement considérés et choyés.

L'hôtel est à la hauteur de son service, tout était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement organisé. Nous repartons avec d'excellents souvenirs.

C'est sans aucun doute l'un de nos meilleurs séjours, et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir, ne serait-ce que pour retrouver cette équipe exceptionnelle. Un grand merci à tous !

حظينا بحسن الإستقبال ،الموظفين ودودين و متعاونين للغاية و الفندق نظيف والغرف نظيفة و و الطعام متنوع و مسبح نظيف و يحتوى الفندق على آرائك و مصاعد و أعطانا غرفة مطلة على البحر.

يقومون بإعطاء قارورة ماء 0.5 لتر في اليوم فقط وهذا لا يليق بفندق 4 نجوم إقامة شاملة،
،مكيف غرفتي ضعيف تبريد.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. L'hébergement est confortable, les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. L'hôtel est agréable, calme et peu fréquenté, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus reposant. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel, et les autres clients sont respectueux. La restauration est variée et de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : le bar ferme un peu trop tôt (à 23h00), alors qu'une fermeture un peu plus tardive serait appréciée.

Un bel établissement avec un bon potentiel, mais une expérience de service qui pourrait être améliorée.
Pros:

La piscine, les espaces extérieurs, le cadre agréable et l’ambiance familiale et l’amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Le séjour a manqué d’attentions et de personnalisation. Malgré la mention de notre anniversaire de mariage, aucune attention particulière n’a été prévue. Aucune aménité de bienvenue ni bouteille d’eau n’étaient disponibles dans la chambre à notre arrivée. La chambre était également mal insonorisée, ce qui a eu un impact sur le confort malgré que j’ai mentionné chambre calme et que j’étais avec mon enfant de 4 ans . Enfin, la restauration gagnerait à offrir davantage de variété afin d’améliorer l’expérience globale aussi de réparer les douches prêt de la piscine serait une bonne idée.
