Vale la pena!
Pros:

La struttura ha un’ottima posizione e il mare di fronte è stupendo. Si mangia bene e vario. Lo staff è gentilissimo.

Cons:

La doccia era un po’ vecchia e tenuta male, inoltre essendo con la tenda si allagava il bagno. Inoltre il cambio delle lenzuola, rifacimento letti e cambio asciugamani non è molto chiaro.

Séjour décevant et loin des standards attendus d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Hôtel situé à proximité des principaux lieux et commodités.

Cons:

Notre expérience dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles a été décevante et ne correspond absolument pas au standing annoncé.

Dès notre arrivée, plusieurs problèmes ont été constatés dans la chambre : Une fuite au niveau du flexible des toilettes. Les draps étaient également tachés, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. De plus, les équipements de base étaient absents dans la chambre : pas de shampoing, pas de savon et aucune bouteille d’eau mise à disposition, ce qui est pourtant le minimum attendu dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.
La piscine chauffée est beaucoup trop petite et ferme très tôt, à 17h, ce qui limite fortement son utilisation.
Concernant le service, le personnel manquait clairement de professionnalisme. La femme de ménage nous a demandé de rendre les serviettes deux heures avant le check-out, sur un ton peu agréable.
Enfin, la restauration était très décevante : choix limité et qualité de la nourriture insuffisante.
Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité/prix ne correspond pas aux standards d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Excellent séjour au TMK Hôtel L’Atrium Yasmine. Hôtel très propre, emplacement parfait face à la mer et près de la marina, avec une très belle vue depuis les chambres.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, avec une mention spéciale au directeur M. Khaled pour son professionnalisme et son attention aux clients. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel ❤️

Le personnel au top qui sont au petits soins de leur clients c'est le point le plus apprécié durant mon séjour que ce soit accueil, restaurant, bar, animation..
Le lit est confortable
La chambre était meilleur que nous espérions: On a bien apprécié ce geste!
rapport qualité/prix correct pour un 4 *

Cons:

La nourriture pourrait être mieux juste avec un peu plus d'épices en gardant les mêmes menus vu le rapport qualité/prix.

A mon avis il faut interdire les burkinis et toute tenue qui n'est pas dédié à la baignade afin de garder une piscine couverte propre et une hygiène durable: C'est le seul bémol pour ne pas donner un 10/10 sinon tout le reste est BON je reviendrai surement!

Great atmosphere, welcoming staff.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere was amazing, the service was excellent, and everyone made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. A special thank you to Salma, Maroua, and Khaled for their kindness, hospitality, and warm welcoming. Also, a big thank you to Stitch and the animation team for the great energy, fun activities, and unforgettable moments. You all made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel itself is a little bit small, and the food was not really exceptional, but considering the price, the quality-to-price ratio is very good and definitely worth it. Overall, it was a lovely experience

Pros:

J'ai adoré le personnel qui est très sympa et serviable (on nous a surclassés), la piscine est très grande, et la bière pression est bonne.

Cons:

Peut-être un peu de rénovation des lieux communs.
