Pros:

Sehr schönes und sehr geräumiges, helles Zimmer. Elegant eingerichtet. Nicht überladen. Zimmernamen sind eine tolle Idee. Top Lage. Habe ein ruhiges Zimmer erbeten und erhalten. Komfortabel. Freundliches Personal. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Empfangsbereich ist sehr steril, kühl und etwas altbacken. Man erwartet nicht die Eleganz und den Komfort der Zimmer, wenn man den Empfangsbereich sieht.

Das Hotel ist okay. Preis Leistung passt auch. Warum es Grand Hotel heißt verstehe ich nicht. Unter diesem Namen verstehe ich was anderes.

Tolle Übernachtung für ein kurzes Treffen in Hannover.
Pros:

Die Lage ist ideal und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage (mit Lademöglichkeit). Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt eine Minibar mit einer breiten Auswahl.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut mit frischem Obst, verschiedenen Backwaren und warmen Speisen.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen. 😊
Das Tüpfelchen auf dem i wäre noch eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer gewesen, für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen.

A great hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, polite and friendly staff. Well maintained and meticulously clean. The single room was larger than some junior suites I have stayed at in the past. The room had everything needed especially if you are travelling light. The breakfast catered for a tastes, was freshly cooked with quality products. I can highly recommend this hotel.
