Pros:

La suite spacieuse, la taille et la propreté de la piscine et le calme.

Cons:

Pas de tavernes accessibles à pied, petit déjeuner très basique, température de la chambre très chaude en attendant l’effet de la climatisation.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le petit déjeuner était très bon, petit changement chaque jours, personne très gentil et accueillant, vous avez une restaurant sur place les plats sont très bons ainsi que les cocktails ! Endroit très propre, literie confortable

Pros:

A wonderful smaller, quiet hotel with a very friendly and personal approach from the staff, and especially from the owner.
The staff, and above all the hotel owner himself, take genuine, personal care of their guests, which is noticeable at every step. We stayed for 10 days, and the hotel has a calm, relaxing atmosphere, ideal for rest — we prefer a quieter environment, which is why we clearly favor smaller hotels like this one over large chain resorts.
I'd recommend having a rental car available — though that really applies to the whole island of Rhodes in general, since there is so much to see, and without a car you'd miss out on many beautiful places.
On our next visit to Rhodes, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

My wife Claire and I truly appreciated, during our stay at the Santa Helena Hotel in Lalysos, the kindness and warmth of Evangelos, Stefanos, and Cristoula.They are genuinely attentive to their guests and offer valuable advice for visiting beautiful places that are not necessarily featured in the brochures.
We highly recommend this place.

Η σύζυγός μου Κλερ και εγώ εκτιμήσαμε πολύ κατά τη διαμονή μας στο ξενοδοχείο Santa Helena στη Λαλυσό, την ευγένεια και τη ζεστασιά των Ευάγγελου, Στέφανου και Κριστόμπαλ. L'hotel era molto grazioso,pulito e accogliente e le stanze spaziose. Fuori c'era una bellissima piscina .Il proprietario molto gentile e premuroso ci ha accontentato in tutto e ha cercato di rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile .

Pros:

Staff extremely friendly. Our room was confortable, quiet - with air conditioning and nice balcony overlooking pool. Good choice of food for breakfast, and possibile to order snacks and drinks at bar. We never used the pool as we preferred to visit places but It was nice There Is small parking outside. Overall very good value for price, I definitely recommend

Pros:

Hôtel à taille humaine, nous étions au calme.
Un personnel vraiment à nos petits soins.
Proche de l'aéroport pour notre retour.
Nous y retournerons sans problème.

Cons:

Rien qui ne justifie une mauvaise note.
Juste une amélioration pour le petit déjeuner ou nous aurions aimés avoir des fruits frais.
