Pros:

The warm and welcoming staff were amazing!. They upgraded our room. Staff were so kind, they picked us up and dropped us at the train station. The hotel was very clean and had a warm and charming feel to it. All of the little touches made our stay unforgettable. Also very close to buses to all the dolomite attractions and to conveniences such as the shops and supermarket.

Not only were the hotel and its facilities perfect, but the hosts truly made us feel like part of their family. I personally faced an unexpected misfortune due to a mistake of my own, and the host went above and beyond to help me, alleviate the consequences, and ultimately save our day tour.
