Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt klasse
Pros:

Der freundliche Empfang hat direkt ein Urlaubsgefühl vermittelt. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und der Biergarten wirklich super gemütlich. Das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war sehr lecker und wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt auf der Durchreise nach Slowenien. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und auch für Vegetarier geeignet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr modern, allerdings war die Badezimmertür eine Glastür, die nach oben zur Decke einen Spalt von ca. 40 cm hatte und somit wenig Privatsphäre bot und auch die Feuchtigkeit der Dusche nicht vom restlichen Zimmer getrennt hat.

Pros:

L'hotel é molto grande, silenzioso con una colazione ricca. Si trova in una posizione comoda a metà strada fra l'aeroporto di Monaco e Monaco. Dalla metro si arriva in 10 minuti a piedi all'hotel con una bella passeggiata in una bella zona curata.
Comodissimo il ristorante sotto all'hotel di loro proprietà dove si mangia ottimo cibo tipico.

In alcune parti andrebbe un po' ammodernato

bequeme Betten

Glastüren zum Badezimmer die auch oben und unten offen sind (keine Privatsphäre)

Sauberkeit: top. Freundlichkeit des Personals: top
Frühstück: weiss ich nicht, habe nicht gefrühstückt.
Rechnung: online, ohne Papierverschwendung, per Email
Lage: gut, Parkplatz: kostenfrei

Cons:

Matratze: hart, mit kleiner Kuhle. Kissen: zu hoch, zu fest (okay das mag subjektiv sein)
Bad: sauber, aber wirklich in die Jahre gekommen, Armaturen abgenutzt.
Die "Residenz 422" ist wirklich in die Jahre gekommen. Ich wollte ein normales Zimmer, keins mit Küche, die man aber dann doch nicht nutzen kann, weil kein Kühlschrank und kein Interieur vorhanden ist. Die Ausstattung scheint mir schon ein wenig Ende der 80er/90er stehengeblieben zu sein.
