Très bon hôtel dans un budget raisonnable: je recommande.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, excellent rapport qualité prix, très propre et calme. La personne qui nous a accueilli avait à coeur de bien se faire comprendre malgré la barrière de la langue.

Cons:

Il faut appeler pour que quelqu'un ouvre la porte de l'hôtel: il n'y a pas de réception. Cette information n'est pas forcément claire et j'ai trouvé cette procédure d'accès non fluide.

Curățenie în camera, liniște în zona ,restaurant in imediata apropiere.

Cons:

Personalul comunica doar in lb.bulgara, cu mici eforturi, o domnișoară a încercat să fie "translator".Comunicarea cu clienții, foarte greoaie .

Много чист и уютен хотел, в самия център на града. На разположение на гостите има поставена кафе-машина на рецепция, което другаде не съм виждала. Стаята беше голяма, мебелите удобни, всичко изключително чисто. Останах впечатлена.

Cons:

Единствено възглавниците бяха твърде големи и неудобни. Би било добре да има и по-малки
