Perfect. Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Perfect location for the public transport traveler. Very helpful staff. Excellent selections at the bistro. Food superb. I'll certainly stay there again at the next available opportunity.

Great value option in town
Pros:

Shared bathrooms were new, well set out, and clean. Location is very convenient to town with ample street parking. Overall a comfortable bed and space, some lounges and coffee machines available for use.

Cons:

Nothing major at all, it exceeded out expectations. Rooms were fairly small and basic, though, so it suited our purposes well but I’d have wanted more room if we were staying longer.

The room was comfortable, if small and the shared bathrooms were updated and roomy. Food is always a highlight and the hotel presents great value for money when travelling on a budget

Cons:

I was disappointed that the shared bathroom had run out of body wash the first day I went to use it and there was a toothbrush left on the shower shelf - most disappointed though that neither had been rectified by the following day, suggesting the bathroom had not been cleaned.
My room was also not serviced after me first night, despite being advertised that this would be the case. I did not return till after reception had closed so did not bother reporting at the time.
