A localização é boa com uma vista incrível do lago.

Tivemos um desacordo em relação ao café.
Nossa reserva dizia: café da manhã incluído. Mas o dono do hotel disse que era o café italiano (apenas 1 café e 1 croissant) no valor de 5 euros.
Ele disse que poderíamos pegar o café completo que custava 15 euros por pessoa.
Pegamos o café completo por dois dias e na hora de fechar a conta, cada cafe foi cobrado 15 euros por pessoa - totalmente injusto porque na nossa reserva já incluía um café que custava 5 euros...
Ou seja, além de não haver nenhuma especificação no momento da reserva que o café era o italiano, foi cobrado a mais pelos cafés que tomamos... como nossa reserva já incluía o café, teríamos que ter pago somente a diferença (10 euros) pelo café completo...
Realmente nos sentimos enganados!!!

Os quartos não tem ar condicionado nem frigobar e

, como fomos no verão, isso fez muita falta! Tivemos que pedir ventilador e gelo para poder refrescar um pouco a água.

A água do chuveiro não escoava e ficava uma piscina enquanto estava sendo usado...

Het uitzicht was werkelijk prachtig vanaf de accomodatie op het Comomeer.
Bij het ontbijt werd netjes gevraagd wat voor eieren we wilden. De mannelijk eigenaar was erg gastvrij. Het zwembad was erg mooi, wel erg druk met lokale bewoners!

Cons:

De vrouwelijke eigenares was alles behalve vriendelijk bij ontvangst. We mochten zelf een kamer uitkiezen, maar er werd niet eens meegelopen waardoor wij door donkere gangen het licht moesten zoeken. De kamer was zo warm dat we met de deur van het balkon open moesten slapen. De accomodatie grenst aan een hele drukke weg waar hard gereden en zelfs geraced wordt. Daardoor sliepen wij erg onrustig. Gordijnen zijn erg licht waar alle zonlicht doorheen komt. Wij vroegen tips aan de mannelijke eigenaar, terwijl wij in gesprek waren kwam zijn vrouw er dwars tussendoor dat hij maar koffie moest maken. Dus waren wij, als gast, voor haar niet belangrijk genoeg. Gelukkig werd zij op haar plaats gezet door haar man, maar het gaf geen welkom gevoel.
Oh en het bed had een kromme lattenbodem, waardoor het bed aan een kant een kuil had. Als laatste werd er een feestje gegeven tot 1.00 uur op het terras waardoor de gasten niet konden slapen!

The staff goes out of their way to please you! Also the owner and chef Fabio is fabulous, food really good and pizza amazing 👏. Danella, Matia, Flora Fabios wife, and mama nona make their guests feel like part of the "FAMILY ".

Rien ne peut être retenu

Cons:

Pire expérience en quarante ans de voyage. Hôtel sale, vétusté situé au bord d'une route servant de circuit aux motards. Avons renoncé au bout de 5 mn. Impossible de récupérer la réservation de 4 jours soit 1000 euros. Il a fallu insister pour récupérer les taxes de séjour obligatoirement payées en liquide.
