Très bon accueil! Le gérant et tout le personnel étaient fort sympathiques et très chaleureux. Tout est fait pour que vous vous sentiez bien. Nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons été déçu, rapport qualité prix on a payé bien trop cher quand on compare avec d autres établissements

Cons:

L accueil peut chaleureux, établissement obsolète avec des odeurs de renfermé et parfois d urine dans certains passages , bas d escaliers , proximité des coins , peut être un animal , les chambres sont exiguës et l température de l eau compliquée à régler
Pas de wifi stable très petit débit car établissement perché dans les montagnes
J ai été déçue par rapport aux notes de Booking ,

Super accueil des patrons. Les chambres sont datées mais cela fait leur charme et leur authenticité. Elles sont spacieuses . Le pdj est vraiment très bien. Le restaurant au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée est parfait !

Le personnel au petit soins ,le calme absolu, ressourcement nature ,forêt, randonnée

Cons:

Trés mauvaise connexion wifi,voir nulle ,chambre confortable mais salle de bain désuète (l’eau chaude finie par arrivée au bout de 2 minutes) comme l’hôtel vétuste, cuisine familiale sans prétention

Contro il logorio della vita moderna…..vai al Genzianella!!
Pros:

Camera pulita, letto comodo, colazione essenziale ma buona e cena ottima con piatti di montagna.
Il silenzio del luogo immerso nella natura con posizione ottimale per visitare Bellagio e dintorni in 15 minuti.
Personale cortese e struttura pet friendly.
