Central location, courteous staff. Weak WiFi, limited parking, property showing its age
Pros:

Location is in heart of tourist area, easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants, bay front and cruise ship terminal. Staff was courteous. Parking lot is gated and only other entrance is via main lobby so seemed secure.

Cons:

Parking is secured but limited, on busy nights parking lot will fill. Internet did not work either day, asked for help twice, they stated internet is a common complaint but seemed to make no effort to fix it. Hotel was not dirty but it is old and therefore feels tired.

La ubicación es excelente.

Cons:

Se escuchaban las pisadas del cuarto de arriba y la televisión el sistema de cable deficiente, quise quedarme a ver televisión y se congela la imagen.
