Pros:

The people are really friendly and the entertainment, combination of beach and pools and being really close to some shops and Alanya is really great. Every day there was different types of entertainment for kids and adults from morning until around 23.00 in the evening. We did not really use the spa as the weather was great so we mostly stayed outside.

Pros:

Всё понравилось. Сервис начался с момента встречи на ресепшене и вплоть до отъезда чуткий персонал ко всем просьбам и пожеланиям. Новый отель свежий ремонт вкусная еда. Все прекрасно

Cons:

Больше если придираться:

1) Скрипела дверь в номер.
2) Не хватало бассейна с глубиной от 60 до 90 см для детей но и отель больше рассчитан думаю на детей старше 10 лет поэтому больше пожелание чтобы такой бассейн появился
Есть основные бассейны глубиной 1.4-1.45м и в районе горок 1.2 м глубиной
Для совсем маленьких 40 см бассейн
Но оставить спокойно плавать ребенка 6-8 лет в бассейне и позагорать самому не удалось
3) ну и уже наверное ничего не поделаешь это ситуация с лифтами. Двух не достаточно для такого большого отеля. Вызываешь к примеру на третий этаж, заходит 4-5 человек и всем нужно вниз а по факту кто то вызвал лифт на 6 этаже поднимается загруженный лифт на шестой этаж люди видят что лифт полный потом начинает спускаться вниз и если за это время этажами ниже люди накапливаются то вплоть до -1 этажа будете останавливаться на каждом этаже до выхода.
В связи с этим порой 15 минут стояли в ожидании свободного лифта чтобы с коляской и ребенком к примеру попасть на ужин

Tento hotel je veľmi pekný, moderne zariadený a veľmi čistý. Pláž bola veľká, výborne udržiavaná. Vstup do mora bol pozvoľný, čo nám vyhovovalo. Hotel mal dva veľké bazény. Personál bol veľmi priateľský, ale najviac by som chcela vyzdvihnúť čašníka v Lobby bare Kadira. Je to veľmi priateľský a profesionálny čašník, každý večer mi s priateľom pripravoval úžasné drinky. Takíto čašníci výrazne zvyšujú kvalitu hotela. Ešte raz ďakujeme. ☺️👌

Все замечательно, если бы не ресепшен при заезде и выезде. При заезде, был недовольный молодой человек, как будто мы к нему лично приехали, и не предупредили и еще бесплатно ))) А при выезде договорились что такси придет в 8.00, и час прождали, при этом при запросе о такси высказывали о своем недовольстве, а у нас к сведению самолет....

Pros:

Отель в целом хороший, расположен на первой линии около моря. Сам отель состоит из 2 корпусов в 6 или 7 этажей. Номера - нормальные. Для осени и небольшой загрузки - 30-40%, не больше - расположение отличное! Еще хочу отметить вкусную и разнообразную еду. По анимации - слабо, но мы не большие любители разных вечерних шоу

A perfect stay in Alaniya
Pros:

Actually our stay was better that I`ve expected! The whole staff is very kind and helpful, especially Begul from Guest relations. The hotel is very clean, cosy and charming. The food is very good, there are thematic foods almost every day. We had a lot of fun with the animation team, very good daily and evening activities. We will come back with pleasure in this hotel!

Pros:

Красивый новый отель, персонал отзывчивый, дружелюбный. Предложили хороший номер, с фруктами и шампанским . Еда выше похвал. Чистота везде. Аниматоры классные и программы тоже. Видно, что управляют отелем грамотно. Так как читала негативные отзывы в Гугл ранние , исправили все недостатки. Рейс был вечерний и После выселения любезно разрешили пользоваться рестораном и отдыхать на территории.

Cons:

В номере маловато места для вещей, в ванной вытяжки нет , либо совсем слабая.

Очень хороший и чистый небольшой отель

Cons:

Странно то что бронировали отель ультра все включено и при этом за импортные спиртные напитки нужно было доплачивать. Что тогда значит слово ультра????
