Cons:

The stay at the hotel was okay overall. some of the facilities that were expected were not provided. On the last day the room provided to us had a bed with a broken leg which was quite inconvenient and disappointing. The hotel should pay more attention to room maintenance and ensure that all basic facilities are properly provided before assigning a room to guests. Our slippers were taken by the hotel staff without informing us. We had to make several requests before our slippers were finally returned which was quite disappointing. hotel should focus more on cleanliness, basic amenities, and proper maintenance to provide guests with a comfortable stay. hotel staff should be more careful with guests’ belongings and provide better service
