Ett stort utbud på all inclusive. Omväxlande och mycket god mat.
Fint poolområde. En perfekt vistelse om man bara önskar vara på hotellet.
Vi bodde i ett familjerum, det var en väldigt lång och brant backe att gå dit, inget för äldre el handikappade. Rummen är ganska slitna. Känns mer som 3-stjärnigt. Ligger en bit från stranden, men gick shuttlebuss.

Odalar aşırı eski. Kesinlikle hiç temizlik yapılmıyor konaklama boyunca 1 kez olsun çarşaflar değişmedi. Kahve içtiğimiz bardağa su tutup ters çevirmişler. Tuvalet ve banyo 1970 lerden kalma. Yerdeki halı döşemeleri o kadar kötü. Tv çalışmıyor. Yemekler çok yetersiz, çeşitlilik hiç yok. Alkoller çok düşük alkol hiç tat vermiyor. Otele taxi gelmiyor. Saatlerce servis ve sıra beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Deniz için bir buggy yok, yaklaşık 600-700 metre yürümeniz gerekiyor. Kesinlikle bu oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.
The location . The food itself was ok. Although fish there was terrible. The people in the restaurant were very friendly. Also our amazing cleaning lady from Ukraine. She was kind had a warm smile ❤️
The reception woman ( with short hair ) was rude sometimes . She had a bad temper and would act passive aggressive. The facility is old and need renovation. The food court is loud and the ac was loud as well
האוכל חזר על עצמו כל יום וכמעט ולא היה גיוון , בעיקר למי שלא אוכל חזיר או םירות ים
המלון מדורג 4 כוכבים אבל הייתי מדרגת אותו כשלושה כוכבים , ביחס למחיר של סוף עונה לא היה כל כך משתלם . ביציאה מהבריכת ילדים לכיוון בריכת המבוגרים יש עמודים תומכים לא מגודרים - כתוצאה מכך דפקתי את האצבע ברגל ויום שלם לא יכולתי ללכת מבלי לצלוע (גם עכשיו יש לי כאבים). עדיף לציין שהמלגשות מאוד מסוכנות בעיקר אלו עם האבובים, עפתי מהאבוב והתגלגלתי בתוך המגלשה וזה קרה גם לבן שלי ולי היו כאבי צוואר במשך יומיים- כאשר פניתי לצוות לבקש לפתוח דוח ארוע התעלמו ממני ואמרו שיצרו איתי קשר - דבר שלא קרה .

Our stay was very disappointing and far below the standard expected from a four-star hotel with an 8.0 rating.
The rooms were big and larg but with old furniture, rusty bathroom fixtures, weak water pressure, and occasional lack of water.
Our rooms were far from the pool and dining area, requiring a steep uphill walk that was extremely difficult with two babies and a double stroller. The food was often cold and tasteless, and the telephones in all our three rooms did not work, making it difficult to contact reception.
The receptionist asked whether we are from Palestine, despite having seen our Israeli passports. We found this inappropriate and offensive.
She also gave us incorrect information regarding the hotel telephone system; saying to press 8 while the system was broken. Later, when we asked her to order a taxi, she failed to inform us that we needed to wait outside the lobby. The taxi arrived, did not find us, and left. When we questioned her, she gave conflicting explanations and eventually accused us of lying. She then refused to order another taxi and told us to arrange one ourselves.
La tranquillité et la gentillesse et la joie du personnel
Το προσωπικό σε όλα τα μπαρ και στο εστιατόριο ήταν ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοήθησει.Το ίδιο και ο υπέροχος κύριος που έκανε τις μεταφορές απο/προς την παραλία. Και οι ναυαγοσώστες έκαναν τέλεια τη δουλειά τους.
Η τοποθεσία, οι πισίνες και οι νεροτσουλήθρες ήταν υπέροχες. Στο φαγητό υπήρχε μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών, αν και γευστικά ήταν μέτριο.
Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ παλιά και δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση.
Στη reception περιμέναμε 20 λεπτά να κάνουμε check in, καθώς εξυπηρετούσε μόνο μια κυρία. Κι αφού περιμέναμε τόσο, μετά μας ξεπέταξε γρήγορα χωρίς πρόθεση να μας δώσει κάποιες πρώτες πληροφορίες γιατί είχε μαζευτεί ουρά (λες και φταίγαμε εμείς γι αυτό!), κ μας είπε θα τα διάβασετε όλα εδώ δίνοντας μας ένα χαρτί στα αγγλικά. Ούτε καν βραχιολάκι για το all inclusive δεν μας έδωσε, το οποίο ζήτησα εγώ κ έτσι το θυμήθηκε.
Να σημειωθεί επίσης πως κάθε φόρα που χρειαζόμασταν κάτι απο τη reception υπήρχε ουρά και πάντα περιμέναμε ώρα, ακόμα κ για κάτι απλό. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΧΤΟ!
Μεγάλο ποσοστό του προσωπικού μιλούσε αγγλικά και δεν γνώριζε ούτε ένα τυπικό καλημέρα στα ελληνικά, με αποτέλεσμα , ενώ επιλέγω να κάνω διακοπές στη χώρα μου, να πρέπει να επικοινωνώ στα αγγλικά.
Οι πισίνες και οι νεροτσουλήθρες έκλειναν στις 17:50 (πολύ νωρίς!).
Το φαγητό ,αν και πλούσιο, γευστικά στην πλειοψηφία ήταν μέτριο και όχι ποιοτικό.
Οι τουαλέτες στις νεροτσουλήθρες ήταν βρώμικες και πάντα μύριζαν.

Het mooie uitzicht.
Eten was zeker oké.
Zwembad was vies, badkledij werd er geel door.
Kamers waren heel vuil, na het poetsen soms nog smeriger.
Er was een dame van middelbare leeftijd aan het onthaal, helemaal NIET vriendelijk!
De jonge meisjes aan het onthaal waren supervriendelijk.
Glijbanen mogen niet gebruikt worden als je kleiner bent dan 1m10 als ik het goed heb, dit hadden we graag geweten. De glijbanen waren een reden waarom we voor het hotel kozen maar beide kindjes waren te klein.
De grote zwembaden waren allemaal diep. 1m40 was de minst diepe volgens mij, ik kon net staan met mijn 1m58. Niet ideaal om met kleine kindjes in te gaan.
Στο δωμάτιό μας υπήρχε συνεχής θόρυβος από το εξαερισμό του εστιατορίου ή τους ψυκτικούς θαλάμους.
Το γήπεδο του τένις ήταν γεμάτο περιττώματα ζώων, ενώ στο πινγκ πονγκ, ενώ υπήρχε τραπέζι δεν υπήρχαν ρακέτες και μπαλάκια. Η μία νεροτσουλήθρα είχε πρόβλημα, δεν είχε αρκετό νερό να ρέει με αποτέλεσμα τον ελαφρύ τραυματισμό του ενός παιδιού μου
Our stay was absolutely wonderful!
The hotel was very easy to reach—we got there from the city center by taxi for only around €10.
The staff welcomed us with warm smiles and kindness. Even after we checked out, they continued to help us, which we really appreciated.
A special thank you to Chelsea and Georgia. They are amazing people who made our stay even more memorable.
As an all-inclusive resort, there were always delicious snacks available throughout the day. The food was excellent, with a great variety of choices, and everything was fresh and tasty. We also really enjoyed the drinks.
The animation team and the evening entertainment were very well organized and made every night enjoyable.
We truly had an unforgettable holiday and would love to come back again with all our family. Highly recommended!
