朝食にはウインナーパン、クロワッサン、アップルパイの3種類もついてきて嬉しかったです。
部屋もとても清潔で、コンセントの数、部屋の広さなどすみずみまでホテル側の思いやりを感じました。
大浴場もゆっくりくつろげてとてもいい時間を過ごせました。
強いて言えばお水（ペットボトル）のルームサービスがあれば、さらに嬉しかった。

O quarto é muito bom e bem estruturado. O banheiro amplo e tem a opção da casa de banho em comum de águas aquecidas. O hotel disponibiliza bebidas para os hóspedes. O funcionários são bem atenciosos.
O café da manhã é uma porção com 3 produtos (1 croissant, pão com linguiça e uma tortinha de maçã). O café e bebidas é disponibilizado independentemente do pagamento do café da manhã.

Not in city. Public transport is not the best in this town, so we drove a lot. And we took the opportunity to go visit the Aso Caldera onsen, which was a great discovery.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station. However, it's not easy to take a train to where most of the action in happening within Kumamoto there is also a bus that does take you there. The bath was nice and we liked the size of the room.
The pillows were very small and thin, I would've liked others. The breakfast is just some breads, that isn't really balanced and I wouldn't really suggest paying for it and just getting some food elsewhere.
Lovely, clean facilities. Excellent idea to have the lounge providing space to eat and drink: generous of the hotel to provide free drinks, impressed.
As we are driving daily, we needed to sleep: twin rooms are better for us, but only a small double bed was available. This may be fine for some, but didn't work for us. This is our experience, don't let it deter you from an otherwise excellent hotel.
