Besser meiden.
Pros:

Die Ankunft bevor ich wusste was uns erwartet.

Cons:

Falsches zimmer bekommen wegen angeblichem "wasserschaden", direkt vom Personal ins Gesicht gelogen. Abendessen angeboten gekriegt, was nicht zu unserem Plan passte. Frühstück ebenso, aber das war nicht um 8 ready. Zimmer nach Rauch stinkend. Kein Nachttisch, keine Nachttischlampe, Bett ist ein Klappbett aus dem Schrank. 150.-. Minibar leer, klebriger Boden. Schimmel im der dusche.

Studio hat ekelhaft nach kaltem Rauch gestunken!
Pros:

Die Lage ist top!

Cons:

- Keine Rezeption
- kein herzlicher Empfang, eher abfertigend
- wenig bis keine Gäste, Hotel wirkte ausgestorben
- Studio hatte nur zwei kleine Dachluken als Fenster, etwas klaustrophobisch und nicht ersichtlich auf den Fotos
- Alles (auch die Bettwäsche) hat nach kaltem Rauch gestunken, ekelhaft!!
- Dieses Hotel besuchen wir bie wieder und empfehlen es auch keinem weiter

La posizione e letto comodo.

Cons:

La camera era un monolocale, il bagno non aveva la porta. Nessuno mi ha avvisato dell'inconveniente al momento del check in e quando l'ho fatto presente alla ragazza che lavora al bar mi ha detto che lo avrebbe segnalato ma nessuno mi ha contattato quantomeno per scusarsi. Era presente un angolo cottura, mancavano cucchiaini, cucchiai e c'era una sola forchetta. Assente anche il detersivo per i piatti.

The hotel is located above a restaurant, and there is no dedicated reception or hotel staff—the restaurant employees handle the hotel operations. Upon arrival, I was handed my room key and went straight to my room without any identity check or formal check-in process. Unfortunately, the negative reviews regarding the room and facilities are accurate, so I won't repeat them; however, I felt very unsafe during my stay. Making a guest feel unsafe in Switzerland is honestly quite an achievement for a hotel. Since this was a business trip, I requested an invoice and sent two emails, but as there is no clear point of contact, I am not even sure if I will ever receive it.
