Service super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Immer bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer sehr gemütlich, Landhauscharme. Es passt zum äußeren Erscheinungsbild. Restaurant fabelhaft und modern-urig. Das Steak ist absolut zu empfehlen und von hervorragender Qualität.
Keine Mischbaterie für warm Wasser am Waschbecken, alte Wasserhähne, war etwas umständlich war. Ansonsten musste man die Tür beim Duschen geschlossen halten sonst würde man mit dem Dampf den Feueralarm auslösen 😅🙈. Hotel wird mit Frühstück angepriesen, welches es aber tatsächlich nicht gibt. Trotz diesen Umständen würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen, da wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt haben.

The only issue we can really say was that the room was cold. We appreciate we were last minute booking so very little notice for our arrival but it was chilly. This may have been different if the booking had been made more in advance?
It was decorated nicely and the bed was really comfortable
There was no iron available which was a bit inconvenient as we were doing to a wedding

The restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel does not serve breakfast and the nearest place to eat is a cafe at a garden nursery.
We booked to then receive an email to say they were closed for all purposes that night, including bar, restaurant and breakfast the next day. We were welcomed by a truly delightful member of the team but that was the only highlight. No TV worked and with no bar, restaurant it made for a very dull arrival to Scotland
The rooms were very cozy and the staff who welcomed us were very nice.
We had a good night's sleep in peace and quiet and we had some oatmeal to prepare when we woke up - all in all a very pleasant experience.
There's nothing around it - this is not a negative thing, unless you're looking for "downtown movement" and walking places.
It was tricky to figure out where to leave the keys because we didn't have that information, but thankfully we found the nice lady cleaning in the morning who let us know we could leave it in the bedroom door.
