Big room
The check-in process was ridiculously long, with huge queues (check-in started at 3pm, and some guests were still waiting at 5:30pm). We observed this issue consistently throughout our stay. Delays were caused not only by the understaffed reception and the process itself but also by numerous problems with bookings via Booking.com, which the hotel claimed had not been paid for (despite guests disputing this), as well as room issues (rooms being either dirty or already occupied).
Luggage storage before and after check-in came at an extra cost, yet bags were not securely stored. Instead, they were left in the middle of the lobby the entire time, and no proof of ownership was required upon collection.
Only one lift was operational, and it was shared with the hotel’s cleaning staff (including large trolleys), resulting in long waiting times whenever we needed to use it.
On top of all this, the customer service was very poor. We didn’t feel welcome upon arrival - rather than greeting us, the receptionist simply informed us that check-in starts at 3pm. It also felt like they were taking their time with the check in process despite obvious delays and dissatisfaction amongst the guests in the queue.

Everything was horrible. Slow staff and understaffed, bad customer service, rooms are dirty, carpets and bed frames, mattresses are extremely soft perhaps too old, i woke up in back pain, unclean , check in was slow and horrible, room numbers are written on paper . False advertisement of the quality and rating of the hotel. Likely a 3* if at all and likely lower

The reception is not staffed adequately. The access to hotel is open, and it seems open to security issues. Coffee and microwave are available in lobby- none in room. The outside of windows of room were quite dirty.
the bed was comfy & the location was good.
there was never anybody at the front desk, they messed up our reservation, it wasn’t completely clean, the water smelled weird, the lights didn’t turn on unless you hit certain switches at certain times.
Location and the room were absolutley amazing, staff was more than friendly. Room was very spacious and clean, I am used to european rooms and no room was ever that big. After reading the comments I was afraid that things will go really bad, but my experience wasn’t like that. I think that value for money is amazing.
Common spaces could be more clean, and coffee could be better - but in the end it was one of the cheapest places to stay so I really can’t complain.
We were put in a room where the air conditioning didn't work and the TV didn't have a remote control. I went to the reception 4 times and after a lot of insistence they changed me to another one. The television still didn't work. Only 1 elevator worked and then it broke down at night and we had to go up the stairs. Terrible hotel. I'll never come back.
Lo único que se salva de este hotel es la ubicación, todo lo demás es un fiasco!
Lo peor del hotel (leer hasta el final que muchas cosas malas) son las personas de recepción que no saben, ni pueden, resolver absolutamente nada. No te piden perdón por los problemas ocasionados. Y son varios los problemas que tuvimos.
La.limpieza del hotel da asco. Basura tirada por los pasillos, en el lobby, en los ascensores, objetos en las habitaciones.
El wifi no llega a las habitaciones.
El aire acondicionado no enfría y si funciona hace más ruido que la turbina de un avión.
El colchón está en pésimo estado, hundido e incómodo.
Te cobran almacenar las maletas y no te lo avisan en ningún sitio y despues de todos los problemas que tuvimos insistían en cobrarlo.
Las habitaciones las limpian cada 3 días y tampoco te lo avisan.
Te piden que canceles la reserva y les pagues directamente a ellos además de un depósito de 150usd que tampoco anuncian en ningún sitio.
Tiene sólo a una persona en el front desk, que entre los problemas de las habitaciones y si es.el momento de check in o check out puedes quedarte esperando a que te atienda 25 minutos. Esperando para que no te resuelva absolutamente nada, mirándote con mala cara y una actitud muy poco amable.
Si pides hablar con un encargado te dicen que puedes enviar un correo que no te van a contestar.
Al hacer el check out nos encontramos con mas de 6 habitaciones que también habían tenido todo tipo de problemas.
Sólo la ubicación, el resto TODO un desastre
Lo peor del hotel son las personas de recepción que no saben y no tienen el poder de resolver absolutamente nada. Ni te piden perdón por los problemas ocasionados. Y son varios los problemas que tuvimos.

Hay fotos como si el hotel tuviera terraza común pero es engañoso, no existe tal terraza.

Te piden que canceles la reserva y les pagues directamente a ellos además de un depósito de 150usd que tampoco anuncian en ningún sitio.
Dejan todo el manejo de un hotel a sólo 1 persona por turno, que claramente no tiene la formación ni las capacidades para resolver problemas, ni para atender al público.
Al pedir una solución te dicen: vete.
The location is perfect—you’re close to everything, including the subway station. The price is also great value for the stay. Even though it’s very central, it’s quiet at night, so you can sleep well without much noise.
At the entrance, it looks quite run-down, almost as if something is missing, but the rooms are nice and comfortable.
