Awesome stay in central part of nijmegen, close to evrything relevant.
Pros:

In the middle o central Nijmegen close to everything you want to do, see, eat etc...

Room was good/great. Spacious with a sofa and chair.
Comfortable bed.
Great staff/personal who where very friendly and helpful.
I had a large window overlooking the outside street and could see everything going on if i wanted to.
Quite even tough there was restaurants/pubs as well as a busy walking street outside.

Price was not cheap but considering standard and location it was well worth it and compared to more populous/popular city's in the Netherlands a good deal.

Definitely recommend both visiting Nijmegen and stay at Holt Hotel for one or a few nights to see the city of Nijmegen.

Cons:

Be aware that there quite long steep stairs to the room, so if you bring large luggage it might be a hassle to get it up to your room.

No breakfast included or offered but they recommend several places just buildings away which have great breakfast-options.

Zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung mit Kaffeemaschine und geschmackvollen Einrichtung.

Cons:

Die Treppen waren sehr steil und die Stufen sehr kurz.
Es gab lediglich eine Klimaanlage mit Abluftschlauch, der aus dem offenen Fenster hing.

Super goed geslapen en goed matras en alles was super proper
Heel vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam

Super fijn verblijf hartje Nijmegen en ontzettend aardig personeel.
Pros:

De ligging het ontzettend aardige personeel en het fijne appartement met buiten terras.
En je ontvangt een gratis drankje. Ook nog toen we weggingen een koffie too go. 😍

Perfect gelegen en zeer vriendelijk personeel
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamers zijn schoon, rustig en comfortabel. Uitstekend bed (kingsize) en ook andere voorzieningen zijn perfect. Het hotel ligt zeer centraal waardoor heel het centrum van Nijmegen goed bereikbaar is.

Cons:

De kamer had een eigen balkon wat erg leuk was maar door het weer zaten we niet veel buiten. Binnen zijn er echter geen stoelen (ruimte was knus maar klein). Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, zijn de kamers lastig te bereiken.

Great location and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Nice location in the city center, with plenty of food options around. Very friendly host, to coordinate arrival time and check-in process.

Cons:

Rooms sit above an ice cream parlour, and are accessible through the backdoor and a narrow stairs. For people who aren't firm sleepers, I can imagine that the rumour from the square in front of the hotel can disturb sleep.

Leuke kamer, lekker bed en goede locatie

De locatie was perfect

Cons:

Je moet veel trappen omhoog dus als je slecht ter been bent dan is dit geen optie. Voor ons was het geen probleem.
