Pros:

This resort is perfection!
Shops, restaurants, massage and beach all at your doorstep. In saying that you don't feel like you need to go anywhere because this place has everything you need. Amnaya provides a beautiful, quite place to relax and unwind, and the food is amazing!
The staff are so professional and friendly, nothing is too much trouble, they aim to please.
A big thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable, a special thanks to Lisa, Raditya, Fitria, Budi and the beautiful Febi for making our stay so memorable.
We can not recommend highly enough, 5 Stars 🙏

Lovely accommodation with peaceful pool and warm staff
Pros:

Staff were consistently warm and helpful. Pool area is peaceful and beautiful, and away from the noise of the road. Having said that we liked sitting near the road and observing the road life. We prefer the authenticity of Benoa compared with the ultra manicured Nusa Dua. Great massages next door. Lots of great restaurants along the main road although the Amnaya restaurant is pretty good.

Cons:

Be aware that the bathroom is divided by a curtain and a see through screen. Might be an issue for some.

Pros:

From the moment we arrived everyone from the porter to the housekeeping staff were friendly, accommodating and happy. The breakfasts are very special with lots of variety. The restaurant in the evenings is very popular with non residents so be sure to book.The hotel is immaculate with a fabulous spa, one of the best I've been to in Asia- We would return without hesitation. We'll book again and recommend to friends.
