Pros:

The location, the helpfulness of the employees, the cleanliness, the size of the room and the breakfast were quite good. The room was cleaned every day. You can reach everywhere on foot. I prefer to stay again.

Très belle découverte . Emplacement parfait pour visiter la ville
Pros:

Superbe hôtel dans maison bourgeoise de Bordeaux à 2 pas du centre ville.
Parking à 10 mn à pied.
Belle décoration, très joli jardin, très calme .
Nous étions dans une chambre côté jardin et nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner dehors . C'était parfait .

Una estancia acogedora en un lugar con encanto!!
Pros:

Es un hotel con encanto, recién reformado con buen gusto, excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y atento. Muy limpio, buen desayuno en terraza muy acogedora.

Cons:

Alojados en un segundo piso, sin ascensor y la habitación muy justita. Pero no supuso inconveniente ya que las escaleras son bajitas y te ayudan a subir el equipaje. La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario. El baño más grande y cómodo. Aire acondicionado y balconcito a la calle.

Bordeaux città meravigliosa
Pros:

Bellissimo hotel situato nel cuore di Bordeaux. Sia la camera che i luoghi comuni sono arredati con molto gusto. Il bagno è un po' piccolo ma niente di grave. Letto molto comodo. Colazione ottima. Si è verificato un piccolo problema in quanto si è rotta la serratura della porta della camera e siamo rimasti chiusi dentro ma la proprietaria ha risolto prontamente il problema e ci ha omaggiato anche di una bottiglia di vino. Personale molto gentile. Dovessimo tornare a Bordeaux sceglieremmo ancora volentieri questo hotel.

Exceptional little spot with inside court, great breakfast and excellent service.
Pros:

Excellent location downtown Bordeaux. The inside court with bistro table was very enjoyable. Breakfast was generous and perfect. Exceptional staff and service.

Pros:

Une personne était en fauteuil roulant. La chambre du rez de chaussée était très adaptée.
Bon petit déjeuner, horaires souples, gentillesse du personnel.

Une belle trouvaille dans un lieu charmant plein d'attentions
Pros:

Un accueil très sympa, des infos très claires avant d'arrivée et des petites attentions très agréables. L'hotel est très bien décoré, le petit déj délicieux, la petite cours charmante.

Ein Hotel mit echt französischem Charme
Pros:

Das ganze Hotel war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten super bequem. Das Bad im Schrank war klein, aber trotzdem zweckmäßig. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten, der u. a. zum Frühstück genutzt werden kann. Das war herrlich!

Cons:

Die Bewirtung beim Frühstück ist verbesserungsbedürftig. Um 10:30 Uhr sollte das Angebot noch vollständig vorhanden sein.

Will definitely stay again
Pros:

The hotel has been newly renovated in a very tasteful way. The courtyard is very pretty and wonderful to have an aperitif in. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was good. And the location within the Golden Triangle was perfect.

Chambre 34
Absence de salle bain digne de ce nom.
Douche, lavabo et toilettes sont concentrés dans un espace réduit s' ouvrant comme un placard .
Aucune intimité. Les toilettes sont utilisables portes ouvertes donnant à 50 cm du lit.
Le recours aux toilettes collectives ne relève pas d'un hôtel étoilé.
Il eut été préférable de mentionner cet élément en amont ou de ne pas mettre cette chambre sur le site.

Everything was perfect. Spotlessly clean, Very friendly staff, Lovely Breakfast,Easy walk to Rue Catherine and the River Garonne. Would definitely return.
