Pros:

Ainhoa was the perfect receptionist that assisted with every request. Hotel was clean and staff were very accommodating.
Bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Occasionally a bad odour from drains in our bedroom.

The hotel was lovely and the breakfast plentiful the bed was really comfortable and the views from the roof top pool and the restaurant were beautiful

Cons:

Thr road noise when we had the balcony doors open so stopping us from sitting out and enjoying the mountin views

Superbe hôtel moderne avec vue spectaculaire
Pros:

Hôtel super moderne, décoration de bon goût, en bois, zen, super propre, lumineux, on se sent vraiment bien dans tous l’hôtel et surtout dans la chambre ! J’ai eu la chance de bénéficier d’un surclassement vue mer en basse saison, merci beaucoup !

Cons:

Le wifi ne marchait pas…

Agradable pero con cosas a mejorar
Pros:

Tranquilo, habitaciones grandes, camas y almohadas cómodas.
El comedor en la 5 planta con vistas al mar es muy bonito.
Personal agradable.
Bastante limpio.

Cons:

Bufet de desayuno y cena escaso y muy repetitivo, es de hotel de 4 estrellas.
La habitación no tenía ni una lamparita ni luz de ambiente en cabecero, solo foco de luz en el techo y la televisión colocada delante del espejo del cuarto… pequeños detalles que le hacen perder puntos.

Дверь в комнату не открывалась с карты

Cons:

Лифт непонятно куда приезжает и какой жизнью живёт! На ресепшене не могут толково ответить на вопросы ...друг на друга перекладывают ответственность...Нужно было решить с резервацией...нам не помогли.
