Good hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Nice friendly welcome on arrival. The room was ideal and clean. Location was very good for the old town. No parking on site, we used the underground Parking Baluarte, 5 minutes walk away. There is a coffee shop/bar as part of the hotel which was ideal. Local shop few doors away.

Cons:

No tea or coffee making facilities.

Good location, comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is on the edge of the old city and is within easy walking distance of the bus station and train station.
We had a good-sized room and comfortable bed. We arrived mid-morning, but the receptionist was able to find us a room straightaway.

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure the comfort of guests. They also have a lovely bar next to reception where it is clear both hotel guests and local people love to come.

La chambre en général

Cons:

Maigre les gros efforts faits sur l'isolation phonique... Chambre et hôtel visiblement rénové récemment, n'oubliez pas que l'on est à Pampelune et ... Les chambres donnent sur une des rues très festives...et très tard... Pas insupportable mais pour ceux à qui le silence doit être total... C'est pas ça.
