The staff catered to our every need, was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The staff made the stay so wonderful.

Amazing top-notch Boutique Hotel in Pollonia
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.
Location and staff were amazing. Strongly recommend staying in Pollonia. Easy to walk everywhere.
Easy to communicate with and helpful with transfers, and with car rental.
Very clean and service was excellent. Very quaint and boutique feel.
Loved having the pool and the swimming area so close. Very picturesque.

Cons:

Nothing not to like, but just a couple of things to note:
1. Probably not for young children, but teenage or older. Also, would not recommend if looking for party scene, which we were not so perfect for my wife and 2 20 year old daughters.
2. No gym if you are a workout-aholic, but offer yoga mats and easy to run in the neighborhood, and swimming great
3. Rooms are compact but functional. If you can request one closer to the sea, would do so.
4. Can be quite windy. If so, they had great recommendations to go to southern side of the island for the day. Helpful to have a rental car as well if you want to explore the island (ie Plaka, or some of the other great beaches)

Stunning place, just prefer without music.
Pros:

Great location and view, welcoming staff, amazing breakfasts. Easy walk to local restaurants.

Cons:

The noise - we had a room with a plunge pool right next to the main pool. We could hear the staff from 7am every morning. There was also continuous music played by the pool from around 0930 to 2300 every day which we loathed - had we known we would’ve booked somewhere else. However, everything else was excellent.

Not only is everything immaculate, but the staff truly made our stay exceptional. So much so that there were nights we decided to stay in just to spend time with them at the outdoor bar. And the restaurant is AMAZING!!

Cons:

Too much light in the morning, block out blinds are a must have on holidays.
No shower curtain was terrible, everything in the shower around the sink got wet.
Proper Beach towels as an option to the Turkish towels would be good.
Overall size of the bathroom way too small.
