Fabulos
Pros:

Personalul foarte prietenos, cu mult respect față de oaspeți. Camera, fabuloasă, cu tot confortul. Mr. Fisher, impresionant, mâncarea foarte bună. Și-a meritat toți banii.

Tolles Hotel und angenehmer Aufenthalt – lediglich der Service im Restaurant hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt.
Pros:

Das Hotel Diamond war hervorragend. Unser Aufenthalt war zwar kurz, aber sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Hotel modern und gepflegt, und das Personal im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Das Essen im Restaurant „Mr Fisher“ war sehr lecker, allerdings hat uns der Service enttäuscht. Wir hatten über das Hotel einen Tisch reserviert und wollten vor dem Essen an einen freien Platz am Aquarium wechseln. Dies wurde uns unfreundlich verweigert, obwohl der Platz frei war. Als wir nach dem Manager fragten, wurde uns gesagt, dass er in einer Stunde kommen würde, jedoch erschien er nicht. Erst später wurde uns erlaubt, den Platz zu wechseln, als unser Essen bereits serviert war und dies keinen Sinn mehr machte. Schade, denn dadurch wurde ein ansonsten schöner Abend unnötig getrübt.
