Ma femme a eu une infection alimentaire du à des œufs qu’elle a manger au petit déjeuner

Le personnel et la propreté

J’avais mentionné que j’avais un bébé de 1an mais quand je suis arrivé sur place, pas de lit bébé, la réception m’as proposé que j’aille moi même en acheté un dans un magasin à 5km ou d’annuler la réservation et d’en trouver un autre, j’ai trouvé sa inadmissible pour un 5 étoiles, du cou j’ai dû improviser et mettre le matelas d’un canapé par terre pour faire dormir ma fille.

Nicht familienfreundlich, kommen nicht wieder

Es war sauber. Frühstück war lecker.

Cons:

Dieses Hotel ist nicht Familienfreundlich. Es gibt kein Babybett, keine Kinderstühle. Kinder dürfen nicht ins Pool, es wird keine Heisse Schokolade oder Pommes angeboten (Restaurant).

Man erhält auch auf Anfrage keine zweite Zimmerkarte. Was bei uns sehr mühsam war weil wir unterschiedliche Termine hatten.

Auch unsere Anfragen wurden lediglich mit "we don't do that" oder "we don't have that" abgetan. Es wurden uns keine Lösungen angeboten oder sonstiges. Die Managerin wirkte unfreundlich und von oben herab.

Wir sind leider nicht zufrieden. Wir fahren jedes Jahr in den Kosovo und werden sicherlich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel wiederkommen.

Un sejour sécurisé
Pros:

Super ils mont même aidé à avoir des taxis et même faire livrer mon chargeur oublié à l'hôtel. Ils sont très chaleureux

Excellent choice, very good hotel with a great service and very comfortable facilities.
