The hotel offers everything one could need. The rooms are stylish and cozy. They are cleaned every day and all the towels are changed daily. Staff is pleasant and professional.
The dining experience is truly outstanding, with delicious food and impeccable service.

Really friendly staff, so kind to our 2 year old. Clean and modern rooms and surroundings. Warm pool. Lovely kids area (indoor and out) and kids club staff were great. Food plentiful and tasty. Nearby beaches.
Nearest beach was undergoing some refurbishment or something. Big pipes, but other beaches very close were lovely. Need more hangers and cups in the rooms.
I loved everything about the hotel. First of all, I would like to congratulate the staff, who are exceptional — from the housekeeping team to the restaurant staff and the pool staff. Everywhere you went, people smiled at you and did their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Congratulations to the manager as well for all the attention to detail and for leading such a wonderful team!
The food is very diverse, the hotel is clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful. I honestly don’t think you could ask for more from a hotel! Thank you!

חדר מול הים זה פינוק ממש!
הבריכה מחוממת, מים נעימים, יש מסעדות במלון.
מועדון ילדים מוצלח, וגינת שעשועים נחמדה.
על הים - חוף קטן אבל מקסים וכייפי, יש גם אופציה לשעשועי מים (אופנוע ים, סירות פדלים, בננה ועוד)
המרחק ממרכז פרוטארס 25 דק הליכה (יש אוטובוס ומוניות).
אחלה מקום לחופשה משפחתית
השטחים הציבוריים מעט צפופים, כולל הבריכה אם כי זה לא הפריע מאוד.
Nice hotel close to several beaches. Clean facilities and nice location. Very nice facilities in the kids club inside and outside, and well maintained.
Since it is all inclusive it would be easier to have a bracelet or similar instead of needing to sign off the bills all the time, and asking for room number.
Also staff was overall nice but some of them could be a bit more kind in the conversations, for example when we have arrived very limited information was given. It would be easier to provide each guest with main information immediately upon arrival. Still majority of the staff was kind with some limited exceptions.
There is a beach in front of the hotel but it is not private one and umbrellas and sunbeds need to be paid. Maybe this is known information but we were not aware based on the information received. Also beach was nice on our first day but after that there was a storm and beach needed some maintenance which was not done during our stay so we went to other beaches nearby instead.
Kids club in very nice and there is a lot of activities still a lot if them takes place during smaller kids naps times it would be nice to have some options as well or to use the facilities late PM as well before dinner.

Nášmu synovi sa veľmi páčil vyhrievaný bazén , keďže v máji je more ešte chladné , ale plávali sme v mori každý deň

Nice, clean facilities, delicious food, very helpful, friendly staff, attentive to details. Highly recommend to families with small children, there is a playground, a well equipped playrooom, also activities for kids, a pool for infants. Staff is very friendly and considerate with small children. Also there is adult zone, too :)

Good the pool is now heated till end of May.
There is nothing to dislike ,hope to return later this year .
Lokalizacja. Bardzo czysty obiekt pięknie położony nad samym morzem. Bardzo dobre jedzenie przemiła i pomocna obsługa.
