Pros:

Gute Lage, sauber, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Überheblicher Hotelguide und Preis-Leistung für Guide stimmte nicht ganz. Mit Ausnahme beim Frühstück hatte das Personal und Management kein Interesse für uns, obwohl sie dort wohnen..

Pros:

Great guest house, they treated us incredibly well. From our early check-in (we arrived at 6am from Makassar and they let us use one of their rooms to rest while ours was cleaned) to offering breakfast the morning we arrived or letting us use another room the day of our checkout to shower before our departure in the evening.

Great homestay!

Also, the room was huge and the bed super comfortable.

Cons:

For people that struggle with noises at night, bear in mind that the church will play music every day at 5am for 20 mins, but this is something that happens in the entire town so nothing they can solve. Plus in here it's mostly the roosters and the church "only", some other areas of Rantepao have karaoke and mosques.

Zentral, gelegen, gutes Frühstück, für einen Zwischenstop OK
Pros:

Zentral gelegen, man kann leicht zu Fuß in die Stadt gehen!
Roller konnten wir vor Ort einfach über Letica buchen!
Frühstück war in Ordnung, Toast. Omelette, Marmelade, Obst, Kaffee, Tee,,,
Für einen Zwischenstop passt es auf jeden Fall!

Cons:

Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr klein!
Es hat gerade das Doppelbett Platz gehabt!
Das Bad/WC war OK, auch der Wasserdruck der Dusche war Ok
Das Krähen der Hähne ging 24 Stunden durch (Tag und Nacht)
Am Tagwar es egal, da ist man unterwegs, aber die ganze Nacht das "Geschreie"🫣

Pros:

Ruim balkon met mooi uitzicht, goed ontbijt, ruime kamers en heel vriendelijk personeel.

Leuk is dat het in een wat minder toeristische wijk ligt, met de spotgoedkope tuktuks ben je zo in het centrum. Aanrader in de wijk is Kanaa Valley Café.

Cons:

De kamer en badkamer zijn wat verouderd. De prijs-kwaliteit is echter goed!

Прекрасный хозяин. Чистый номер. Светлый.Есть горячая вода. Пешеходные прогулки нас не пугают. Завтраки простые

Nice clean guest house with beautiful terrace
Pros:

Located in a quieter residential area, Our stay here was short but the rooms were neat and clean and comfortable, staff were very accommodating of our early morning arrival, we had a nice breakfast on the terrace and neat bathroom and hot water in the shower, Would stay here again

La terraza para desayunar. La zona tranquila, pero cerca del centro.

Cons:

Hay escalera de acceso y 3 plantas. No está indicado.
Faltaría un poco de decoración.
El precio de los tours que ofrecen es muy alto. Hay que pagar guía y conductor aparte. Igual precio para una persona que para 3. A partir de 4 aún esmás caro!! Siendo el lismo guía, conductor y coche. No es lógico! Creo que los precios son parecidos en la zona.

De kamer was ruim, heerlijke warme douche. Het ontbijt buiten was prima; elke dag net een andere touch.

Cons:

De ligging is niet optimaal, maar je wandelt toch zo naar het centrum (10 min lopen)

Sehr schönes guest house, sauber, ruhige Lage, schöner Balkon und Terrasse. Gutes Frühstück. Wir haben mit dem Besitzer eine 2tägige Tour gemacht, viele schöne Dörfer, Gräber und eine Begräbnis Zeremonie gesehen. Yuli hat sehr viel erklärt über die Kultur der Toraja. Er spricht Englisch und Französisch. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

The hosts are wonderful, so helpfu to organise guided trips(very professional)l, a driver, a motorbike or a bus trip to Makassar. Breakfasts very tasty and different every day. The rooms are clean, most with the view on the mountains Perfect view from the rooftop on Rampetao and the area. Really nice place and owners.

Superb
Pros:

Clean big rooms, towels, very good breakfast. Good communication and nice people. 10min walk to the center. Nice terraces as well.

Cons:

The noice of the dogs, roosters and church (4.30am to 5.15am). But I think it's everywhere like that in Rantepao so nothing the hotel can do about.
