Good place.
Pros:

Location is great. Room was large enough for a family of 3 or 4. Good hotel.

Cons:

Don't pay extra for city view. The buildings are so close to each other, so there isn't much of a view. Staff was ok. The initial guy didn't inform us about the free public transportation pass that all hotels provide you. Thank goodness I happen to read about it on google ahead of time by coincidence. When I asked the other receptionist the next day he seemed super irritated that the first guy didn't provide it and kept on hounding on it. I don't know, just made me feel a little edgy. Overall, I think friendliness was ok. Austrians aren't known for there bubbly personalities, so I would say, staff wasn't unfriendly, but could improve a little. Just some minor things to note.

es war ein sehr angenehner Aufenthalt
Pros:

sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, Bett sehr bequem, Räumlichkeiten sehr großzügig geschnitten

Cons:

Es ist schade, dass man die Gästekarte für kostenlose Nutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs nicht beim Check in automatisch erhält, sondern erst am nächsten Morgen auf Nachfrage.
