Pros:

Great location, large room & restaurant.

Cons:

There is an elevator to each floor but there are several sets of 5 -6 steps within the hotel (eg; to entrance of lobby) that made it difficult to carry heavy luggage. No coffee maker or kettle in room :-( The shower is very small & slippery. However, there is a notice in the bathroom that states you can request a shower mat from housekeeping.

Altında restorant olması sebebi ile biraz kalabalık olabiliyor. Ayrıca restoran kısmında çalışanların köpeğe karşı tahammülü olduğu ladar bebeğe yok.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist sofort in der Fußgängerzone und fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte eine Aussicht auf eine Wand. Kein Himmel zu sehen. Dafür war es extrem ruhig.

Pros:

Breakfast selection and service was excellent. Room a/c was much appreciated. Elevator made transporting luggage easier.

Cons:

Shower design needs improvement. It is impossible for water to spill onto the floor.

旧市街のモダンなホテル
Pros:

旧市街の入り口の真ん前で、立地は最高だと思います。
モーツァルトの家もすぐ近くです。
スタッフの方もフレンドリーでしたし、部屋もとても広くモダンでした。
建物自体は、歴史ある建物を改装したものだと思うのですが、古さを感じさせない快適さでした。
清潔感もあり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、建物の構造が少し複雑で、部屋が遠く感じることです。
段差もあり、そこは少し大変かも。
でもヨーロッパのホテルではよくあることですし、そこまで気にはなりませんでした。
トータルでとても良いホテルでまた泊まりたいです。

Great location and staff but a little noisy with the windows open.
Pros:

Good location for what we were there for and lots of shopping and restaurants surrounding it. Great staff.

Cons:

Confusing layout and our room backed to an alley so with windows open for sleeping it could be bothersome but that is part of the deal.

הלוקיישן מצוין

Cons:

חדר בסיסי ביותר. ללא קפה, ללא שמפו, מרכך, קרם גוף, ללא שמיכה נוספת במידה שצריך, ללא נוף. המלון נוצר מחיבור של שני בניינים אבל הכניסה היא רק דרך מבנה אחד כך שצריך לעביר מבוך כדי להגיע לחדר. לבניין השני יש רק דלת יציאה ללא אפשרות של כניסה. מאוד מאוד לא נוח. אין שום מקום לקפה בבוקר או בערב במלון.

Really enjoyed our stay in a lovely hotel in the heart of a beautiful city. We plan to come back
Pros:

Excellent location in the old part of the town. Room was lovely, very comfortable with an excellent shower. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Being Brits we could have done with coffee and tea facilities in the room.

Quintessential Salzburg stay in the perfect location
Pros:

Phenomenal stay. We were there the same weekend as the Salzburg Marathon (on accident) and got in on the train from Vienna. We took a rideshare from Salzburg Hbf; we could have walked if our backpacks weren’t so heavy! Incredible walkable location in exactly the best neighborhood, comfortable clean room overlooking the street, remarkably friendly staff, easy to find, great value for the price paid - all three of us said we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. We had the queen bed with sofa sleeper and the sofa sleeper was very comfortable for a 6’1” man! TV, fridge, full bathroom - sparkling clean.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.
