Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel

Basicly a good hotel, but lose two points due to:
Faulty (4 times) keycards
Poor wifi coverning - even at room balcony
One power outlet in a double room
Poor shower ‘curtain’ which let water flow to floor - floor tilting wrong way so water is never removed.
Reserved tables which was never used in a crowded dining area.
Smoking allowed in general and even at the outside dining area and balconies so getting tobacco from neighbour when relaxing on own balcony or dining.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pegasos Hotel and couldn't be happier with our experience.
The hotel has an outstanding location, right next to the sea, with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Everything is very well maintained, clean, and cared for, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere.
The food selection is excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. We especially appreciated the snack options available throughout the day, including choices that were perfect for young children.
The entire staff was professional, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the very first day. A special thank you goes to the animation team and their team leader, Luca, who truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication created a fantastic atmosphere every day.
The evening entertainment was another highlight of our stay. The live band performances were highly professional, and the shows were fun, engaging, and kept guests of all ages entertained.
We had an unforgettable vacation and will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you, Pegasos Hotel, for such a fantastic experience!

We had a brilliant stay at Pegasos Hotel. The hotel was spotless, the food was great, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The entertainment was definitely the highlight of our holiday. Luca, Victoria and Yelyzaveta were amazing and always smiling, full of energy and made every activity and evening so much fun. They really made our stay special. We'd happily come back and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Amazing vacation. Recommend

We stayed at the hotel as a family of two parents and two children, ages 10 and 13, and honestly, we expected less - but from the moment we arrived, we were very positively surprised.

Everything started with the reception: the welcome, the attitude, and the service were excellent. But the real highlight of this hotel is the staff. The team was amazing in every part of the hotel - from the reception desk to the pool bar, the dining areas, and every service point. Everyone was kind, helpful, patient, and always with a good attitude. They truly deserve a big compliment.

The hotel itself feels renovated, modern, clean, and very inviting. Everything was well maintained and pleasant. The food was excellent, both in the main dining room and outside - the pizza, gyros, crepes, and snacks were all very good and made the all-inclusive experience even better.

The bartenders at the pool bar were absolutely great. They were friendly, professional, and made very good drinks. They definitely upgraded our vacation. The kids also enjoyed the wide variety of free drinks, and as parents, it was great not having to worry about anything.

The pools are big, very clean, and there are plenty of sunbeds both inside and around the pool area. The atmosphere was great during the day and also in the evening.

Overall, this is a perfect place for a family vacation. You really do not have to leave the hotel at all if you do not want to. Everything you need is there.

Spacious room, good facilities, great pools and beach access. The food selection was also wonderful with plenty of variety.

This is the best hotel in the world. In the recepcion Mr. Savvas the best, he was very kind and helpful. My son like him so much. The animation team was very very super: Luca, Kelly, Tereza and Cian every day make nice and fun programs. We had a great time in this hotel. Our room, the garten and the swimming pools was very good, and all worker was very kind. This hotel is not only 5*, i give: 555*

I really enjoyed my stay at the Pegasus hotel, which turned out to be a great family friendly place to stay. I especially liked taking apart in the fun activities held by the Animation team. The engagement and sportsmanship from the 2 teamers, Cian and Kelly were extraordinary. Sadly the hotel only held a few young adults in my age, rather young children or adults. It is very remarkable that the Animation team managed to host many group sport activities due to the given circumstances.

Excellent hotel.
We were there with our son his wife and 2 children. We asked for 2 rooms close together but we got 2 rooms on different floors. Which turned out ok as the lifts were just round the corner from the 2 rooms. The rooms were spacious and well cleaned every day.
Breakfast lunch and dinner were fabulous, a great choice. Some dishes were labeled others weren't. Sometimes we had just finished and the waiters were over lifting the plates.
The pool areas were spotless. We stayed around the Kids pools with the slides.
A short walk to the beach with a very inviting sea awaits you.
The entertainment in the evening was ok, the kids disco was much the same every night. They had 2 different singing groups on which both nights were asked to turn the volume down.
Over all, our stay was fabulous and wouldn't hesitate to return.
Just a note to the hotel, which I referred to in the questionnaire. More staff required especially at the outside ice cream kebab and bar.
Again. Fabulous Holiday we will go again.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Pegasos Deluxe Beach Hotel. This hotel really has everything you're looking for in a family holiday. There is a vast amount of room around the pools, easy access to the beach, ample sunbed on the beach, beach towels are provided. The rooms are spacious and very well looked after. The house keeping team do a tremendous job. One evening we put our 'make up our room' sign on the door (in case we forgot in the morning) and by the time we came back from dinner our room had been made up! Reception staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We were also able to keep our room until 7pm on the last day, instead of checking out at 11pm. This is so helpful when you have small children.

The kids were well catered for too. Ample food choices and entertainment for them. The animation team is small but mighty, providing lots of entertainment during the day and keeping the kids dancing at night.

Food was great, maybe slightly more variety at breakfast time is required, but other than that, variety was great.

Staff at the crepe and gyros bar need a medal. They are SO busy all day long, adding an extra staff member to each would really help them out.

Overall this this an excellent choice for a family holiday and we would gladly go back again!
