We had the best stay ever as a family with two young children (aged 3 and almost 1).

Our deluxe sea view room was lovely, modern, and very comfortable. The only thing I would change next time is upgrading to a room with a separate bedroom so we wouldn’t have to go to sleep at the same time as the kids!

The food was excellent throughout our stay, with a great variety and quality every day. The snack bars were especially brilliant the gyros, pancakes, and pizza were all fantastic, so much so that we didn’t even use the main restaurant for lunch. The drinks selection was also very good.

What truly made this holiday special was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
A special mention to Michael at the bar, who was amazing with our 3-year-old and even taught him some Greek!
The entertainment team Luca, Cian, and Kelly were beyond belief. They were energetic, friendly, and made the holiday so much fun for both adults and children. They really made our stay unforgettable.

The lifeguard also deserves recognition — he was fantastic with the children, and our little boy absolutely loved him.

The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and very well maintained. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and would happily return in the future.

We've just returned as a family of three, myself and my husband and our daughter which is 1. The hotel is beautiful and right on the beach which was a bonus.

The food options were good, having pizza, hot dogs and gyros on the all inclusive and also crepes, waffles and ice-cream (crepes were amazing). The food in the main building was okay, all tasted good but not many options especially for fussy eaters or toddlers. I didn't think there was much child friendly food. We tended to just eat around the pool from the snack bars for lunch.

Staff worked really hard in each area of the hotel, everything was clean and tidy and staff were really friendly. Kelly, Cian and Luca from the entertainment team were amazing with our little one and also really friendly people. They really made an effort with the children and we loved the Yoga with Kelly. Cain kept out daughter stocked up with water balloons to throw! Thank you for making our holiday better xx

Plenty of drinks on the all inclusive, I had read that there wasn't many cocktails on AI but there was plenty! Cocktails and mocktails available as well as beers, spirits and soft drinks.

Loads of sunbeds around the different pools, one day we went down at 10am and we got pool side beds so no rush there.

This was a massive con for us as they were freezing!! Our feet were stinging when stood in the kids pool. We mainly chose this hotel for the slides and pools for our daughter but she refused to even put her feet in the water and I don't blame her. So that was a waste...
The pool was filled up each morning with a hose pipe so no wonder it was freezing. I didn't see many people swimming even with gorgeous weather so others must have felt the same. This would put us off returning, such a shame.

There are shops to the left of the hotel which sold whole milk for our daughter so don't worry about getting cows milk. There's also a pharmacy there too if needed.

This is no reflection on the entertainment team but on the hotel... The first 4 nights of our holiday there was zero night entertainment for children, no kids disco or anything on. Again, another reason we would not return. It was advertised that this would all start on 28th April so we were expecting a children's disco, so our daughter got bored the first 4 nights. Then when the disco started on our 5th night, it was fab! Our daughter loved it and Luca, Kelly and Cian were getting all the children involved. Such a shame we only had 2 nights of this.

Overall, it was a lovely holiday and I would recommend the hotel but I wouldn't recommend to go in May. For us to return, the pools would need to be slightly warmer and children's entertainment on an evening.

We spent our holiday here with my brother and my mother in this beautiful resort, located just a short walk from the center of Faliraki. Even though it was the beginning of the season and we thought there wouldn’t be much to do, Luca’s entertainment team kept us entertained in such a fun and professional way with their evening shows, music quizzes, karaoke nights, and sports tournaments during the day.

They truly were the extra touch that made this holiday special, and we really want to thank them for dedicating their time and energy to us.

The bar staff work hard, the hotel beds are good, but we were very happy with Luca and his animation team. During the day and in the evening, he and his team brought together people of different nationalities. Especially the karaoke last night was super fun! An extra compliment to the animation team, which made this holiday the best holiday ever! Grazie Luca,Kelly & Cian🙏🏻

I love all the areas are renovated, super comfy sunbeds next to the pools. Food was delicious, especially pastries and cakes - extreme well made, we gain some weight only because of these delicious deserts 😁 Nice choice of cocktails in all inclusive list, better quality than we expected, like Aperol or Pina Colada. Room was well maintained , we were on 6th floor and panorama was amazing 🤩 receptionists are super friendly, and barmens, there was also one guy in a costume who was everywhere from early morning to late evening supporting all staff when they had a queue. Well done everyone ❣️

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food and drinks were fantastic with plenty of variety, and the quality was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making us feel completely at ease.
The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the value for money was outstanding. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, and having the beach so close made it even more special. The whole area had such a lovely atmosphere, with genuinely friendly people in the local shops and bars who added to the overall experience.
What really stood out for me, though, was the evening entertainment. Cian and Kerry, who hosted each night, were simply incredible. They were friendly, full of energy, and great fun — truly the stars of the show every evening. They had a wonderful way of encouraging guests to join in without ever being pushy, and they were fantastic with people of all ages. They genuinely made my holiday so enjoyable, and there were so many laughs and great memories because of them.

Overall, an unforgettable holiday. I’ll definitely be back!

Food is great, swimming pool zone is nice and private beach.

Starting from the bottom of the list; the amenities of the hotel are excellently maintained and of good quality, however multiple advertised amenities do not exist, and the staff belittle you and make you feel uncomfortable when asking about the amenities that are falsely advertised. The Mrs was looking for medical assistance during our stay - advertised by the hotel is an ‘on-site medical clinic,’ which we were told we are ‘stupid’ for assuming actually existed before being told we would be charged €150 for a call out from a ‘partner doctor’. Let’s hope she doesn’t go into toxic shock on the journey home. The food options, quality and service are excellent; the buffet is divine, and the through-the-day options - including the patisserie and pizzeria - were brilliant with short waits, or with a self service option. The advertised ‘Greek food’ stall didn’t exist - which is uncanny for a Greek hotel during a busy season. The bars are excellently stocked and the bar staff are knowledgable, quick and skilled. Queues for the bars reduce quickly and the service staff were polite and respectful. Car rentals from the hotel are reasonably priced, with free kilometres and discounts for multi-day rentals. The hotel itself is located a short walk from faliraki town and within 20 minutes drive of Rhodes old town, the acropolis’ and multiple sightseeing sites, making for some incredible days out. The pools and beach are spot on, clean and well balanced (I’ve had bad experiences with over chlorinated pools prior to this), and the facilities surrounding the pool and beach are well maintained and clean. A real surprise was the quality of service in the à la carte - despite being told every day to ‘check tomorrow’ if the à la carte would be open. Upon arrival to the hotel, as a late check-in, we were given complimentary sandwiches and drinks - although this wasn’t necessary, it was greatly appreciated. The rooms themselves are cleaned daily by quick and trustworthy staff. On multiple instances we left jewellery and money around the room, which was never taken or moved. The safe in the room is a paid add-on, which wasn’t advertised as such on the website - however, we didn’t find a need for the safe as the staff were incredibly honest and respectful. In-room amenities, such as the drinks in the fridge and the coffee machine, are free to use, so there’s no worry of unexpected charges at the end of the stay. We never found any issues with the infrastructure- no power cuts, no loss of water power, and the water from the taps is perfectly fine to drink. All in all, our stay was extraordinary (despite some minor hiccups) - money well spent and a beautiful place to spend our anniversary. I would, and have, recommended the hotel to family and friends

The negatives:
​Facilities: Fitness room closed. Γύρος (Gyros) stand closed 4 days/week, Pizza closed 3 days/week. Themed restaurant closed 6 days/week.
​Technical issue: Recurrent problems with the keycards in one of our rooms, deactivating several times a day.
​Breakfast: No fruit juice and no real bean coffee (only Nescafé).

​The positives:
​The hotel: Very well-maintained and clean.
​The staff: Exceptional, friendly, and helpful. Management is unfortunately not up to their standard.
​Summary: The actual services do not match the description provided. A regrettable lack of clarity for off-season guests.
