Struttura non curata , scarsa pulizia . Formiche in stanza e addirittura una notte ci siamo ritrovati una blatta sul letto . Esperienza pessima .

Si può migliorare la divisione degli spazi del bagno

Bij aankomst kon de kamer wel wat schoner naar mijn standaarden toe. In de 7 dagen dat ik er was is niemand komen schoonmaken. Ze stonden 1 keer voor mijn deur en ik vroeg of ze mij 5 minuten konden geven zodat ik mijn spullen kon pakken en vertrekken, maar uiteindelijk zijn ze toch niet komen schoonmaken. Dat was wel wat minder.

The shower and bathtub were poorly designed, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often worked poorly. The view from our window overlooked a construction site.

We also saw cockroaches near the building, although fortunately there were none in our room.

Rommet virket imidlertid ikke spesielt rent. Det hang også et langt svart hår på veggen i dusjen ved ankomst, og det var mange døde dyr på rommet.

Unfortunately, we had a mosquito problem in the apartment, which made some nights quite uncomfortable and affected our sleep.
In addition, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our entire 7-night stay, so we had to purchase additional rolls ourselves.
The pillow was also very flat and could have been more comfortable.
Overall, I would rate the apartment positively due to its great location, good facilities, and helpful host, despite the issues mentioned above.

The main issue was the hot water. During the first two days, when the property was nearly empty, everything was fine. After more guests checked in, hot water disappeared in the mornings and evenings. We reported the problem immediately, and repairs lasted for two days. Spending half of a holiday without reliable hot water is not acceptable.
Housekeeping was completely absent during our 7-night stay. The room was never cleaned, trash was never removed, sand was never swept from the floor, and towels were never changed, toilet paper was never replenished.
The room was also extremely noisy. Traffic, scooters and loud music from roads nearby continued late into the night. Closing the windows and balcony door made almost no difference.
The sound insulation was practically nonexistent. 2 last nights guests in a neighboring room were shouting until 4 a.m. and repeatedly dropping heavy objects on the floor. It sounded as if it was happening inside our own room, making it impossible to sleep.
There was no drying rack for beachwear and no plates or basic kitchen utensils, only cups and a kettle
