Ogólnie polecam, nasz pobyt w tym obiekcie uważam za udany.
Pros:

- Możliwość korzystania z basenu w obiekcie po drugiej stronie ulicy, basen super.
- Prywatny parking
- Dość blisko spacerem do centrum Faliraki

Cons:

- Brak talerzy, sztućców bardzo utrudniał jedzenie czegokolwiek. Były tylko 4 szklanki i dwie drewniane łyżeczki.
- Brak zasłony prysznicowej lub jakiegoś odgrodzenia prysznica od toalety (każde mycie się to powódź w łazience)

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, trotzdem nicht allzu weit vom Geschehen entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es ein Geschäft, falls man schnell was braucht. Der einzig etwas störende Faktor war das Bad, da die Dusche nicht abgetrennt ist - dadurch weniger hygienisch, da man‘s nicht wirklich vermeiden kann, dass das Wasser Richtung Klo und Waschbecken rinnt.
Ansonsten war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gut. Würde es empfehlen.

Well-equipped apartment in a convenient location, but extremely noisy due to the nearby car wash.
Pros:

Large parking area directly in front of the property.
Good location, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby.
Convenient access to all the main attractions on the island.
Air conditioning worked very well.
Large and comfortable bed.
Nice welcome touches: bottles of water in the fridge, coffee, and baklava.
The apartment is very well equipped with practically everything you might need during your stay.
The room was cleaned and towels were replaced once a week.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there is a car wash directly behind the property, and this was by far the biggest problem during my stay. It creates an extreme amount of noise throughout the surrounding area, making it practically impossible to relax or sleep without earplugs.
The car wash operates every day, for about 7 hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, from around 18:00 until very late at night 1:00. The noise is constant: pressure washers running, car floor mats being beaten and shaken, and people shouting. I honestly had no idea that washing a car required so much shouting. The noise is particularly unbearable at night and seriously affects the quality of sleep. By the second day, I already wanted to leave.
None of the property's positive aspects can really compensate for it. The one thing I will remember most about this stay is the constant noise of the karcher pressure washer.

Water from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above drips onto the terrace. Be careful not to leave any belongings there, as they may get wet.
The shower has no enclosure or screen, so the entire bathroom gets flooded every time you take a shower.
Adjusting the shower water temperature is extremely difficult. The water constantly changes between being too cold and too hot.
