Cons:

Pésima la atención. De una persona que me recibió. Me estaba cambiando mi habitación doble por una simple con una cama. No saludo cada vez que le pregunté algo me hacía como callar. No prendían la calefacción me morí de frío y más encima no entregan la llave de tu habitación cuando sales debes devolverla eso no genera seguridad.

Would not recommend nor stay there again

Cons:

una de las habitaciones no correspondia a las imagenes, las sabanas de la cama demasiado chicas, se salian a cada rato y generaban mucha incomodidad. El personal no era muy agradable.

La chambre minuscule, sans fenêtre, vieillote et sale. La seule source de lumière provenait d’une lucarne dans la salle de bain… le comble quand il y a écrit « vue sur la ville » dans les avantages de l’hôtel. La salle de bain était sale également d’ailleurs. C’est une des pires chambres d’hotel que j’ai vu de ma vie, on aurait dit une chambre de prison et à ce prix c’est inadmissible. A titre d’exemple, quelques jours plus tôt nous avions payé 10000CLP de moins dans un hôtel à un paté de maison, pour une chambre avec balcon, propre, rénovée et décorée avec gout. Gros regret de ne pas y etre retourné cette nuit !
