Everything was good. Enough space, clean, close to the beach.

Excellent hospitality, host was extremely accommodating and lovely, willing to go out of her way to facilitate any requests we had, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back if I return to Sarandë.

The welcome was exceptionally warm and friendly. The owner and manager personally greeted us when we arrived by car, accompanied us to the room, and made sure everything was in order and that we were comfortable.

The breakfast was excellent. It included everything one could ask for and more: fresh bread and rolls, a variety of vegetables and fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, juices, coffee, cakes, spreads, and dips. They even prepared a complete gluten-free breakfast for me, which was greatly appreciated.

The room was spotless, well-equipped, newly furnished, and beautifully designed.

Our room was a little on the small side, but that was exactly the room category we booked. For a couple traveling with a baby and spending most of the day outside, it was perfect. The small balcony was a wonderful addition.

Honestly, it is hard to understand how they can offer all of this at such a low price. We had an excellent experience from beginning to end.

La chica que lo lleva es muy maja y atenta, facilita mucho todo. La habitación estaba genial, con terracita. El desayuno increíble, el mejor de los que hemos tenido en Albania, tipo Buffet, muy variado, incluso con yogurt que estaba buenísimo.

Everything was arranged fabulously. We had a lovely stay at F&J. The place was only 3mins walk from a lovely beach. The host is really welcoming and attentive. Breakfast is really great with all the processed and fresh items. The stay here made the Sarande visit a memorable one.

We really liked everything, apartments, breakfasts, location! Hospitality was on the highest level! We advise to choose this hotel!:)

Der Aufenthalt in diesem noch jungen Hotel war hervorragend.
Alles hat bestens funktioniert – von der freundlichen und unkomplizierten Kommunikation bis hin zu den hilfreichen zusätzlichen Tipps. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das leckere und reichhaltige Frühstück.

Für Strandliebhaber ist das Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt, und auch das Parken gestaltet sich völlig unkompliziert.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Albania and would highly recommend it to everyone. The owner was incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming from the very first day. She always made sure we had everything we needed, solved every problem immediately, and truly cared about her guests. When I got sick, she even gave me medicine and checked on me every day, which meant so much to us. ❤️

The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a beautiful view from the window. The hotel is located in a very peaceful and quiet area, while still being close to the city center, which was perfect. The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful and prepared according to our wishes.

Everything about our stay was excellent — the service, cleanliness, comfort, atmosphere, and hospitality. You can really feel that the guests are cared for here. The price was also very good for the quality we received. We would definitely come back again!
