The location was on the Camino del Norte

Cons:

This is a "virtual reception" hotel, meaning that literally no one is working there. It presents as a full service hotel with a reception desk, but the entire situation is "virtual". This approach creates a problem wherein the customer (me) has the burden of completing a form, only to receive a code to enter your room. My luggage was being delivered through Correos and when I arrived, I had to call this virtual receptionist, who did not know where my bag was for the first 15 minutes. The next morning when there was still no in-person reception person, I had to make several phone calls to the virtual reception to understand where to leave my bag for Correos to collect. The virtual reception told me to leave it with the restaurant, but of course the restaurant was not open. The virtual reception then made it clear that the hotel took "no responsibility" if I were to leave my bag at the reception desk (where a person SHOULD be) in the event that I decided to leave my bag at the reception desk for Correos to collect. The hotel effectively disrupted and ruined what was probably my most favorite breakfast in Spain because I had to go back to the hotel (100 meters away) a few times because the virtual reception assured me that the restaurant was open (it was not). All of this is completely unacceptable.

Beyond this, the room contained several strands of long black hair that the cleaning service did not attend to.

Overall, a ridiculously bad experience for a zero value for money hotel.

Bien ubicado pero servicios insuficientes
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente para viajar por varios de los lugares alrededor del hotel. La playa cercana es bonita y cuidada. También hay alguna otra playa cercana en coche que puede visitarse.

Cons:

El desayuno era escaso, no es buffet y solo permiten cierta cantidad de cosas básicas (café, zumo y tostada) en la cafetería. Si quieres algo más hay que pagarlo aparte. El colchón de la cama se le ve muy viejo, con caída al centro que hace que no sea cómodo para dormir bien.

Tenía cosas descuidadas, como las las ventanas que no cerraban, y el baño de la habitación que nos asignaron, pero pedimos el cambio y en seguida nos dieron otra habitación con un mejor baño

Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bien. La chica que nos atendió era agradable. No tiene mucha variedad pero a nosotros nos pareció bien. Está muy bien ubicado eso sí.. la playa a 5 min en coche es una maravilla. Y comer en donde poli o la central muy recomendado!

Cons:

El mantenimiento de la habitación en general, algunas cosas por arreglar..los colchones son incómodos, por lo menos el que nos tocó a nosotros.

La struttura é molto carina, in un piccolo borgo e a poca distanza in auto da diverse spiagge.

Non c’era personale a cui chiedere informazioni ma solo un numero whatsapp. Avevamo la colazione inclusa per i tre giorni a partire dalle 8.00, peccato che in uno di questi il bar della struttura dove facevamo la colazione era chiuso per riposo del personale. Ci siamo quindi arrangiati in uno di questi caffetteria li vicino. Alle 9.40 mi é arrivato un messaggio della struttura dove ci indicava che la colazione veniva servita in un hotel li vicino.
Dal bagno poi, per tutta la durata del soggiorno durante la notte usciva odore di fogna.
Consiglio infine di fornire un punto almeno con un bollitore e qualche tazza per potersi bere un the o un caffé visto che le camere non ne erano fornite.

Cons:

Olor a tuberías en la habitación, se arregló ventilando un rato. Comunicación con la gestión de hotel y las habitaciones, rara y compleja. Todo por WhatsApp y teléfono, no tienen personal presente para solucionar dudas ó problemas.
