The hot water
Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing for several reasons:
* No air conditioning—the room was extremely hot, like a sauna.
* No mosquito screens on the windows. Since the hotel is next to a lake, there were many mosquitoes, making it impossible to open the windows for fresh air.
* No refrigerator in the room.
* No TV.
* The room was very small.
* The staff made little effort to assist or resolve the issues.
Overall, the room lacked several basic amenities and was uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. I expected a much better experience.
Lage, Aussicht, Ruhe, Baustil aussen. Sehr freundlich und flexible Mitarbeiter/Reception. Schöne Terasse/Biergarten. Haben leider nicht dirt gegessen, aber die Mahlzeiten sahen super aus.

Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Lunch packages were awesome. Free bus ticket. Lake across the street. Good parking and location.
No welcome drinks as advertised and no free entrance to swimming lake. No a/c but fan in room.
Great view, clean room, very nice staff.
The room didn't have TV, minibar or AC, just for info, didn't matter to us to much.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à cette auberge, le personnel était gentil et accueillant. La nourriture était sublime, surtout le poulet aux mangues… on se sentait comme à la maison! L’endroit est très central pour visiter Interlaken et les montagnes environnantes!

La estancia en este hotel fue excelente, lo que más nos gustó a parte de la ubicación y todas las instalaciones, fue la amabilidad de todo el personal y la atención recibida, nos sentimos en casa. El restaurante un 10. Sin duda estamos esperando volver!
Beautiful rooms, food and views.
The weather was unusually hot so would have liked some air conditioning.
Hôtel isolé et calme : bruit de cloches de vache et c’est tout. Parking gratuit. Restaurant de l'hôtel acceptable.
Escalier pour accéder aux chambres. Absolument aucun endroit prévu pour poser les valises. Literie (en particulier oreiller) peu confortable.

Twin rooms have been refurbished but single room was dated. But it was clean and comfortable enough.
The location was verry good- out pf the hassle of Interlaken

The toilet and shower have no private, there is no mini bar in the room so a lot of our stuff we had to put on the trash..
There is no air conditioner at the room and it was too hot at night ..

Was a little warm when we visited and no aircon in our room only a little fan. Wouldn’t stop us from staying again though.
The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 mins bus travel from Interlaken train station, very accessible from city. Environment was quiet. Near by the lake and got good mountain view. Breakfast was amazing!
Facilities were a bit old but still very practical. Phone charging point was not available near by the bed (so no phone scrolling before sleep! Still a few points in rooms you can plug in adapters) Surrounded by the nature you need to expect insects.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Restaurant Burgseeli! The location is breathtaking, surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful scenery, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Switzerland. The hotel is very easy to reach and conveniently located for exploring the area.
Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The restaurant was offering delicious food in a charming atmosphere. Every meal was absolutely delicious!
