La comida fue deliciosa, la naturaleza hace que sea un lugar muy especial, las habitaciones eran cómodas. Es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse.
La respuesta es lenta en sus canales digitales. Contratamos un servicio de transporte con la empresa recomendada por el hotel y no nos recogió, el hotel no hizo seguimiento del tema. Se presentó una situación de bloqueos para llegar al aeropuerto en la zona y el hotel no nos avisó nada teniendo en cuenta que nuestro check in era al día siguiente, sino hubiese sido porque ese día salimos y estuvimos en otro hotel donde nos ayudaron a conseguir transporte, no nos hubiésemos enterado de nada. En ningún momento nos ayudaron, no ofrecieron soluciones, y realmente se sintió como que no les importaban sus huéspedes.

Die freundliche Atmosphäre des Ortes, dass so nette und aufmerksame Personal und das naturbelassene und sehr gepflegte Grundstück waren wirklich ein Traumurlaub für mich. Die Außendusche und das Panorama war zu jeder Tageszeit eine wohltat für die Seele. Herausragend wirklich das Essen und auch die Gelegenheit gemütlich den Tag dort zu verbringen.
Das man die Tür nicht richtig verschließen konnte wenn man schlafen geht. Ich fühlte mich sicher auf dem Gelände und auch in der Hütte, aber fürs eigene gute Gefühl hätte ich gerne abends abgeschlossen.
The setting is absolutely amazing. The most impressive place we have visited in Colombia. We did some amazing yoga classes and massages, there was a wonderful natural pool to relax in, and a great restaurant!
The cabins are basic. This is intentional and part of the experience. You are staying close to nature. Our room had a good mosquito net and a fan which kept mosquitos at bay. Small animals can easily get into the cabins.

Beautiful eco resort near Tayrona National Park which was just under 20 minutes away. Excellent restaurant on site open all day. Relaxing hammocks dotted around. The sounds of the birds and wildlife were wonderful, really relaxing. The chalets were very comfortable to stay in, very good size. The staff organised any transfers/pick ups required. Highly recommended.
El lugar y la conexión/desconexión
La vía de acceso estaba un poco compleja, el camino es destapado y había lodo por la lluvia
Todo el lugar es un espectáculo sacado de un cuento de hadas
El personal muy amable, simpático y colaborador, gran mención Tobías. Habitación en medio de la selva te permite desconectar de todo y ayuda a relajarse.
El precio algo elevado tanto de habitación como de menú del restaurante y no mucha cantidad depende del plato de comida.
El hotel es muy hermoso y es perfecto si lo que uno está buscando es paz y tranquilidad, ya que queda alejado del poblado más cercano o de otros hoteles, por ende está lejos del bullicio y la contaminación humana, así que es un lugar perfecto para desconectarse del mundo moderno y conectarse con la naturaleza
Food is incredibly good. The only unfortunate thing is that I did not stay long enough to try everything :) The yoga Shala & spa facilities are wonderful. The birds are incredible ....
