Все б чудово, але все враження зіпсувалось після відношення з боку персоналу

Чудовий інтерʼєр, виглядає преміально, смачні сніданки, близьке розташування до вокзалів

Cons:

У брошурі в номері є перелік додаткових страв та послуг, окрім сніданків, але виявилось, що до готелю вони відношення не мають. Також немає прайсу на ці послуги. У ванній кабіні стояв неприємний запах каналізації, видно що давно не чистили, також душ самостійно лив воду навіть з вимкненим краном (мабуть проблеми з тиском у системі), вночі це дуже заважало спати. Дівчина на рецепшині мʼяко кажучи не привітна, другий раз спілкуватись бажання не виникало.
