Our experience at Luxx Garden Hotel was exemplary. Ideally situated in the heart of Sultanahmet, the property offers convenient proximity to major landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. Furthermore, the hotel benefits from excellent public transport links and is surrounded by numerous dining options, providing great convenience after a day at the bazaar.

The facilities were maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay, and the daily breakfast service featured a diverse selection of fresh, high-quality offerings.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Aytekin at the reception, whose service was truly outstanding. His professionalism, welcoming demeanor, and readiness to provide recommendations significantly enhanced our experience and fostered a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.

Ne bih opet došao
Pros:

Imali su zaista dobar doručak

Cons:

Smjestili su nas u sobu koja je imala vrata prema susjednoj sobi koja su bila zaključana, ali sa jako lošom izolacijom. Kroz procjepe oko vrata se mogla vidjeti svjetlost iz susjedne sobe i što je najgore jasno čuti razgovor ljudi iz susjedne sobe. Nažalost imali smo bučne komšije pa je to bio još veći problem, međutim to nismo prijavljivali obzirom da smo samo navecer boravili u sobi i nismo htjeli praviti frku. Predzadnji dan su nam iznenada ujutru na doručku rekli da moramo promjeniti sobu jer je naša soba “family room”, vjerovatno su je namjenili nekim drugim gostima, što nam je izazvalo dodatne neugodnosti jer smo se morali pakovati i izgubili smo vrijeme koje smo planirali za aktivnosti taj dan. Naravno nismo dobili nikakvu kompenzaciju za to iako smo se žalili. Objasnjenje je bilo da je kolega jucer zaboravio da nam kaže.

Krótki pobyt w Stambule
Pros:

Pokój był mały, ale bardzo czysty i wygodny. Byliśmy cały czas w mieście więc tak naprawdę był tylko do spania. Wygodne łóżko, kawa, woda i herbata dostępne cały czas.

Localización. Incluia desayuno pero por gustos no lo probamos.
El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien.

Cons:

- ruidos en el patio desde las 7 de la mañana. Si quieres descansar, imposible.
- manchas de humedad en el baño, sobre el plato de ducha, dando un color negro a la pared.
- falta de nevera.
- no hay sábana encimera, solo una colcha fina, que es justita de tamaño, alguien se queda sin arropar!

L emplacement

Cons:

La salle de bain n etait pas propre et mal entretenu.
Nous avions une chambre en rdc a côté de l ascenseur et au bord de la route avec 2 tables devant nos fenêtres ou les gens fumait leurs cigarettes.

Ok but there’s room for improvement

Part of the staff was kind and breakfast was ok

Cons:

I changed the hotel I had chosen at the beginning for this one, reading nice reviews about it and wanting to find a clean and comfortable stay. However, the room is less spacious than what it looks like in the photos, and the cleanliness could be improved: first night I arrived I checked under the bed and there were dust, an empty can of Coke, a cap from a bottle of juice…. They stayed there during my whole stay because even if I had the cleaning staff coming in a couple of mornings, they just changed the bin bags and brought a bottle of water and fresh towels. The room is not sound proof , you can hear staff or other guests’ conversations, even at midnight or 1 am. The location is close to many restaurants and bazaars, but it’s very turistic and the surroundings can be intense, as the sellers around there are very pushy. If I go back to Turkey I’d choose a hotel in karakoy/asian part instead, for a quieter stay.

Výborná poloha v blízkosti hlavných pamiatok a električkovej dopravy. V okolí sa nachádza množstvo reštaurácií, obchodíkov a malý bazár. Všetko je na dosah
