Nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel, although very old (vintage-looking). It was easy to park right next to the hotel. Very nice park just a few meters away. The breakfast was good and the staff was polite. Great river view from the room.

Cons:

It's a bit expensive compared to hotels in other cities in Bulgaria.

Sehr luxuriöses Hotel. Man merkt zwar, dass es mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber das tut dem Ambiente keinen Abbruch.

Pros:

A fost o locatie de vis , pe malul Dunarii . Restaurantul de pe terasă , servirea exemplara , mancarea foarte buna ne determină să revenim .
Personal profi .
Ne-a placul foarte mult si faptul ca practic hotelul se afla in parc . Pacat ca piscina nu e functională .

Tolle Lage, toller Balkon und ein Hotel das die besseren Zeiten hinter sich hat.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war mäßig. Wenig Auswahl und schlechter Kaffee. Frisches Obst, Tomaten und Gurken waren vorhanden, sowie Spiegeleier.
Der Balkon des Zimmers mit Donaublick war spitze.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist runter gekommen und der Ein-und Ausstieg aus der Badewanne zum duschen war ein wenig akrobatisch. Die Klimaanlage hatte keine ausreichende Leistung.

The hotel is great- clean, smelled nice , rooms are spacious, abit old dated but most important for me clean and spacious , beautiful location , restaurant and the room were overlooking the river so peaceful , food was good priced , breakfast was included and well organised.
