Отель очень хороший. Номера большие, удобные и очень чистые. Каждый день убирались в номере, меняли постели итд. Также тут были бесплатные завтраки. Все очень вкусно. Персонал очень вежливый и гостеприимный. Спасибо! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

Hotel samotny je fajn, problem su zamestnanci

Cons:

Bola som v tomto hoteli uz aspon 10x, vzdy sme vsetko doriesili, hoci s manazerom je tazka komunikacia. V aprili som tu konkretne bola s 3 skupinami, 2 prwbehli bezproblemovo, za tuto tretiu mi odmietli vystavit fakturu na firmu (hoci pri objednavke boli zadane udaje), LEBO SOM REZRFVACIU SPRAVILA CEZ BOOKING A NIE PRIAMO CEZ NICH

Recomand cu multă încredere acest hotel....micul dejun foarte bogat !!!! Hotelul foarte curat ,personalul foarte amabil, foarte aproape de bazar și tramvai dar ,mai ales d.na Melania este super atenta ,drăguță primitoare, și de mare ajutor ,încât te simți ca acasă.
Abia aștept să revin la acest hotel .

Pros:

Totul foarte bine! Recomand cu drag!
hotelul amplasat foarte bine, central si aproape de linia de tramvai principala, iar personalul extrem de amabil. Curatenia a fost facuta zilnic si a fost liniste in camera.

Персонал вежливый, хорошие завтраки
Приехали в составе 10 человек, всех разместили на одном этаже !

Pros:

Un hotel foarte bun ! Curat , confort în cameră , patul ok , personalul 👍 Mic dejun , omleta bună , clătite foarte bune.

Cons:

A lipsit bureck la mic dejun ! Măcar să nu scoateți omletă și clătitele ….. ca nu prea mai avem pe ce pune mâna … doar unt pe pâine cu gem…

hotel experince could have been much better given the size, location and staff.
Pros:

breakfast and staff.

Cons:

outdated furniture, my original room was smelly as bathroom was emitting bad smell. in addition, i smelt smoking is coming to the room at 3 o'clock in the morning. so, i had to change my room to a smaller and interior room to get some sleep. The room i went to has rusty water mixer and outdated painting but no smell.
