Pros:

Locatie foarte buna, apropiata de zone comerciale, obiective turistice si de mijloace de transport in comun. Camera mica, dar cu vedere frumoasa la mare. Mic dejun bun, bogat si diversificat. Foarte bune clatitele. Personal amabil. Aprecieri deosebite si multumiri pentru doamna Melania de la receptie .

Cons:

Aglomeratie destul de mare, mai ales la micul dejun cu timp uneori mare de asteptare pentru omlete si clatite. Camere mici, cu izolatie fonica slaba, astfel incat se aud destul de bine zgomotele din camerele vecine. Nu sunt plase de protectie impotriva tantarilor si acestia patrund in camera si deranjeaza, mai ales noaptea.

Chambre avec vue sur le bosphore

Cons:

L'hotel est surclassé. Il ne mérite pas sa note.
L'hotel est ancien, chambres anciennes, propres mais très ancienne avec odeur de cigarette persistante.
Le personnel est vraiment pas accueillant. Ils sont tous des personnes agées qui sont totalement indifferent.. ni bonjour ni bonsoir même pas souriant.
Le petit dejeuner est un petit dejeuner turc classique qu'on retrouve dans tous les hotels. Il se distingue par ses omelettes/crepes préparés à la demande. Tres mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

Este o locație centrală, dar poate fi foarte liniștită. Personal primitor, vorbitor de limbă română. Camere foarte curate, cu peisaj către Marea Marmara, mic-dejun complet, lobby deschis non-stop.

Cons:

Nu am găsit ceva care să-mi displăcut, atâta timp cât am stat.

Mai mult decât un hotel — un mod de a fi. Gazdele sunt primitoare, calde și prietenoase, iar tot ce fac vine din suflet, astfel încât ne-am simțit cu adevărat confortabil și bine-veniți.
Echipa de management a fost foarte prezentă, implicată, eficientă și extrem de atentă la detalii. Îl menționez în mod special pe managerul Mehmet, care a urmărit personal ca totul să fie în regulă, inclusiv în ceea ce privește dieta specială a fiului meu — o dovadă reală de profesionalism și grijă pentru fiecare detaliu.
Tot personalul hotelului a fost amabil, profesionist și de încredere, iar noi ne-am simțit foarte bine îngrijiți pe toată durata sejurului. Curățenia este exemplară, iar micul dejun variat și mai mult decât îndestulător.
Aș vrea totuși să menționez nominal trei persoane care ne-au făcut o impresie deosebită : managerul Kemal, pentru implicarea personală și atenția la detalii; Melania, o doamnă româncă remarcabilă — extrem de profesionistă, amabilă, atentă la cele mai mici detalii și mereu dispusă să ne ofere sprijin și îndrumare competentă, contribuind decisiv la un sejur plăcut și lipsit de griji; și Selçuk, simpatic, atent și mereu prompt la solicitările noastre.
Recomand cu încredere acest hotel — o experiență deosebită, datorată profesionalismului, atenției la detalii și implicării întregii echipe.

Hotelul este situat foarte aproape de Grand Bazar, în apropiere este și stație de tramvai.
Personalul foarte amabil, d-na Melania de la recepție este foarte drăguță, vă dă indicații și relații în limba română.
Hotel curat, prosoapele se schimbă zilnic, micul dejun bogat și variat.

Отель очень хороший. Номера большие, удобные и очень чистые. Каждый день убирались в номере, меняли постели итд. Также тут были бесплатные завтраки. Все очень вкусно. Персонал очень вежливый и гостеприимный. Спасибо! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
