Its a 2 out 5 for me.
Pros:

The price and the view of the city lights at night specially the view of Olivarez Plaza by day.

Cons:

No entertainment aside from the Smart TV. Beds are not comfy. even the blanket. There is no comforter for a guy like me who is 183cm. It's barely fitting. The Curtain is not well placed and it is blocking the AC, plus it is not blocking the light from outside. AC cannot cool the whole room. Bidet is leaking. No CR Exhaust.

We were worried about the security of the door during our first night, but the issue was fixed the next day. The sofa bed was also broken, but the staff immediately provided a remedy.

Location is good, lifts are fast. It is noisy at nights, the only knife in the kitchen could not even kill a cockroach, lack of electrical outlets, water pressure in the shower is low. It says in the advert "you can prepare your food"😁 no stove, no bread toaster
