Ένα ξενοδοχείο σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και καθαριότητα, το οποίο όμως αδικείται
Pros:

Τοποθεσία: Πάρα πολύ καλή, ιδανική για μετακινήσεις και βόλτες στην πόλη.

Προσωπικό: Εξυπηρετικότατο, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε ό,τι χρειάστηκε.

Καθαριότητα (Housekeeping): Πραγματικά εξαιρετική δουλειά, οι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι.

Cons:

Κατάσταση δωματίων & μπάνιου: Χρειάζονται οπωσδήποτε ανακαίνιση. Η φθορά είναι εμφανής, καθώς έχουν αρχίσει να φεύγουν χρώματα και σοβάδες από τους τοίχους.

Πρωινό: Πολύ φτωχό, με ελάχιστες επιλογές που δεν ανταποκρίνονται στις προσδοκίες.

Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου, για την περίπτωση που το θέλαμε.
Το πρωινό ήταν αξιοπρεπέστατο και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό.
Η καθαριότητα υποδειγματική!

Cons:

Η απόσταση από το parking του ξενοδοχείου και η extra χρέωση που δεν αναγραφόταν πουθενά!

Pros:

Το προσωπικό , και συγκεκριμένα τα άτομα που ηταν στην ρεσεψιόν ηταν απίστευτα ευγενικά και με το χαμόγελο. Επίσης ικανοποιητικό το πρωινό.
Επίσης η τοποθεσία του ειναι πολυ καλή, στο κέντρο.

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο είχε μια μυρωδιά.
Επισης έμοιαζε με δωμάτιο νοσοκομείου.

Pleasant classic hotel in downtown Trikala
Pros:

Nice room with balcony overlooking a pedestrian street. Decent bathroom (except for the shower curtain...), comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great central location, lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops nearby.

Cons:

Breakfast was fine, but not in the nicest of rooms; a basement where the wifi didn't work at all. Generally no great wifi in the building.
