Great Location, great staff. Infrastructure has not aged well. Definately recommend it.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Very polite and helpfull. The location of the hotel is very convenient and everything semmed clean and organized.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit disappointing. The shower only had a curtain and it didn't do a good job. The bathroom floor soaked at every shower, making a mess. The curtain kept moving inwards and outwards, either sticking to the skin or letting water drip on the floor. The shower experience was not good.

Very comfortable for solo trip.
Pros:

I really appreciated the staff, I needed some changes with my invoice and they were very helpful. Also I needed to store my bags somewhere after check out which they were also very kind to do. Additionally I would like to note that the 24/7 reception was perfect for my situation. Furthermore the cleaning staff was also very kind, did not disturb me when I did not what to be and when they saw me leaving even asked if I wanted my room cleaned or not - which they did very very well.

Cons:

The shower was a bit smaller then I am used to. However it was always in top shape.

Für eine Nacht war es ein guter Aufenthalt in Trikala, da mitten drin gelegen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in Trikala gelegen und gleich in der Einfkaufs-/Kaffeestrasse die Fussgängerzone ist. Die Eingangshalle ist sehr modern gestaltet ist sehr ansprechend. Auch war das Personal sehr freundlich und Frühstück war auch gut. Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da, von dem her war es für uns in Ordnung, für mehrere Nächte wäre es nicht gegangen.

Cons:

Leider ist es ab dem ersten bis vierten Stock nicht mehr ansprechend. Der rote Teppich, der sich durch das ganze Hotel zieht, sollte dringend ersetzt werden. Auch die Möbel (sehr sperrig, fast keinen Platz im Zimmer) aus den 80/90-Jahren müssten ausgetauscht, und die Bäder renoviert werden. Das Hotel könnte so viel mehr aus sich machen, wenn nur etwas renoviert wird.
