I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
1. Check-in Trouble: The staff started an argument with us about checking in as an unmarried couple, even though we are not from the area. When I asked why this rule was not on the booking website, they agreed it was their mistake. This wasted our time and caused stress.
2. The room was Too Small: The room was tiny. You could barely stand or move around comfortably.
3. Dirty and Damaged: The room was smelly and dirty. The walls were covered in grime and the paint was peeling off. The light was poor, and the air conditioner did not work well.
4. Unprofessional Staff: The staff were rude and unprofessional. They woke me up early in the morning by knocking on the door. They only wanted to collect the iron box they had given me earlier when I asked for it.
5. Severe Smell Issue: The entire hotel had a foul odor. The elevator smelled strongly, and when I tried to use the staircase instead, it was also very smelly. This made walking around the hotel unpleasant.
Conclusion: I do not recommend this hotel. The bad smell throughout the building, the poor service, and the unacceptable room condition made this a terrible stay.

I had a wonderful breakfast — the staff were courteous and very helpful, and the aloo paratha was particularly enjoyable amongst all the other delicious foods.

This hotel is one of the best ever came across in Varanasi with clean room and everything about the room is awesome. Right from the excellent reception to the gospitalitality of all the staff deserves commendation. Especially Mr Rajasekhar who was an excellent in making our stay comfortable. Besides this the restaurant serve delicious food of q five star service. Value for money the place is quite is worth the stay. Would recommend anyone visiting Varanasi to stay here without hesitation and you won't regret it for sure.
