Pros:

Clean hotel.and rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Gorgeous restaurant on the top floor with beautiful views while eating breakfast and dinner. We could also get our laundry done which we greatly appreciated.

Cons:

Location is a short but not very pretty walk from town. There was a lot of building work going on around the hotel. Not a lot directly at the hotel so you have to get into town for shops and restaurants but there is a shuttle bus.

Pros:

Amazing hotel, Mili and Flower I. The front desk were extremely helpful from the day of booking all the way to check out organising day trips, pick ups, laundry, taxis. Excellent pool (20mtrs plus) good breakfast, good dinner for those with fussy Western kids, shuttle into town, perfect for families. Great DRIFTING and ATV days out.

Cons:

Nothing to complain about.

Great rooms and location, but do your own research on activities and skip the laundry service.
Pros:

What we liked:
The rooms were lovely — spacious, clean, with a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. The location was quiet, about 20 minutes on foot to town or just 3 minutes by scooter, which the hotel also rents out. Breakfast was very good, and there’s an on-site restaurant as well. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Cons:

What we didn’t like:
The staff weren’t always knowledgeable about the area. One day we asked for a recommendation and were sent to a village an hour away by scooter that turned out to have nothing there — just abandoned houses and a woman repeatedly asking us for money. We also asked where to watch the famous dragon show and were given the wrong location, so we missed it entirely, which was a real shame since it was one of the main reasons we chose to visit Yangshuo. We’d recommend doing your own research on local activities rather than relying on the front desk. On top of that, we used the hotel’s laundry service and wouldn’t recommend it — it’s expensive, and our clothes came back stained and without any detergent smell, so we’re not convinced they were properly washed.

Un petit havre de paix, loin du centre
Pros:

L'emplacement est très calme mais très loin du centre. Malgré le shuttle qui peut vous amener, impossible de le retrouver. Pour revenir, nous avons été obligé de prendre des taxis à chaque fois
La piscine est superbe avec la vue sur les pics même si j'avais l'impression que la vue serait plus jolie
Nous avions une chambre en angle très agréable.
Le personnel est au petit soin. C'est agréable et parle très bien anglais

Cons:

Par contre, la clim est très compliqué à descendre en température. Il ne faut pas hésiter à demander une deuxième carte à la réception pour la laisser tout le temps. Sinon vous ne vous endormirez jamais avec la clim
L'emplacement un peu trop loin du centre.

Lovely hotel, great atmosphere, super friendly staff!!
Pros:

I loved the hotel, the cozy, spacious rooms, all the premises are in great condition. They also have a lovely pool. And the breakfast is really fantastic, there were many options to choose from, including good quality bread, cheese, ham, and crêpes! The staff at the front desk were super friendly with us and always willing to help us with reservations or advise on what to visit in the area. Location-wise, the hotel is close to Yangshuo downtown, it is walkable distance, but they also offer a free shuttle service downtown with a very good frequency. If I come back to Yangshuo, I will stay at the Bamboo Leaf, no doubt about it.

Las habitaciones, muy nuevas y súper confortables. El personal; Vivían fue especialmente encantadora. Nos ayudó con las reservas para todas las actividades. La piscina. El restaurante, abierto continuamente hasta las 21h30, y una carta amplia y adaptada al gusto occidental.

Cons:

Un poco retirado del pueblo (en verano hace mucho calor), aunque tienen una lanzadera que facilita el traslado.

Pros:

Sublime hôtel avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, le lit confortable et la salle de bain très grande avec douche et baignoire. La piscine était très agréable. Le prêt de vélo et la location de scooter électrique étaient un vrai avantage. Le petit déjeuné était bien et complet. La présence d’un restaurant en rooftop est apprécié même si les prix sont plus élevés. Le personnel est génial et parle anglais.

Cons:

La vue sur les montagnes n’est pas aussi impressionnante que dans d’autres endroits de la ville. Mais le lieu est plus calme car moins touristiqu.

Personale estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre attento a soddisfare ogni richiesta con grande professionalità.
Pulizia e Atmosfera: Ambienti puliti e curati in ogni dettaglio, ideali per un soggiorno all'insegna del relax.
Assistenza clienti: Ci è capitato un piccolo imprevisto noleggiando uno scooter (trovato con il parafango rotto al rientro la sera). La struttura si è dimostrata incredibilmente onesta e gentile, non facendoci pagare nulla per il danno.

Da migliorare:
​Colazione: La parte salata è ottima, ma la sezione dedicata ai dolci avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento e maggiore varietà.
